​I am writing this review as an extremely disappointed interstate buyer. I chose this florist hoping to send a truly special and impressive bouquet, and I paid a considerable amount of money expecting a premium product and service. What was delivered was a stark contrast to what I ordered and paid for.

​The actual bouquet delivered looked incredibly budget and sparse, certainly not reflecting the price tag. The arrangement was significantly smaller and less abundant than the examples shown on the website, and the seemed underwhelming. It felt like a low-cost arrangement rather than the quality gift I had paid for. As an interstate customer, I relied completely on your website and reputation, and frankly, I feel misled and ripped off.

​Paying a premium price for what appears to be a bottom-tier product is unacceptable. This poor value for money, coupled with the fact I couldn't see the product myself, has left me with zero confidence in your service. I would caution any other interstate or distant buyers to be very wary

When lookig at the website i decided on the $129 bunch + chocolates,looked amazing, what i received were 12 single stemmed flowers all fully opened and a forest of single type filler leaves. The same amount spent at a local supermarket would have been a better arrangement. Very disappointed and underwhelmed.

Delivery was a day late which ruined the whole experience when you have to say the the beneficiary… Happy Birthday did you get the flowers I sent you.
what’s the point of getting flowers delivered if they can’t even fulfill them on the correct day.

Best telephone service EVER ! Great customer service, very good knowledge of products, the suggested arrangement was superb, helpful, polite, very friendly. A pay rise for this girl is warranted. I will definitely buy from them again and again.

Charged and didn’t deliver.
Missed the birthday.
Gave 3 days notice.
Lift your game. You are pathetic.

Hi. Easy to order but no idea if my order was delivered. Nil correspondance post order acceptance

The flowers were for a dear friends young wife who had just passed away in his arms from cancer.
First the invoice sent to me stating, wrong card wording and wrong address.
Next email stated they were delivered.
Then a text message stating they had not been dilivered.
Next was a phone call from me where I learned they would be dilivered the following day and the card info was right. The excuse being I had ordered on line which I definitely did not, it was all done over the phone.
Now the flowers have been dilivered but they are not the ones discussed on the phone or photo sample sent, they look more suited to a birthday.
So to sum up, go somewhere else, these people are disasters.

The large bouquet of Australian Native flowers were beautiful. My friend loved them!
The only thing I would say is that I ordered them the night before, and the flowers did not arrive until 6:45pm the next day. However, when calling the the staff to check if the delivery was received, they were very friendly and advised me that the latest they delivered was until 7pm. So maybe this could be made clearer in the website. Other than that, really happy with the purchase.

The flowers looked absolutely nothing like pictured on the website, paid a huge amount of money for 5 crappy chewed up flowers that were not even arranged nicely. Expensive and embarrasing

The flower package was great and delivered on time. The only minus was that the message that I wrote was not included. So thus, the receiver did not know what the gift was about.

The flowers were beautiful, my friend loved them. They kept me updated on the progress of the delivery. Very happy. Thankyou

Look I will be honest the time I requested for delivery has been met both times I have used you guys the quality of the first bunch was amazing. But I had a bunch delivered yesterday and I paid for a premium size bunch of flowers and what was delivered looked like something I could have bought from the local supermarket was I disappointed yes would I use you again maybe not it's hard when I am interstate but atleast something was delivered I guess

Missed the delivery and I have been chasing every day since. They give no updates. Awful customer service. Not sure how to get a refund?

Totally let down on really important occasion. Agreed to a 1 day delay and was then informed they still couldn't deliver due to a "computer issue". Completely unacceptable experience - avoid at all costs.

If I could post less than 1 star I would. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and what cost me $75 looked like a grocery store bouquet that would have cost under $10. What was delivered to my mom looked nothing like the photo of what I thought I was purchasing. When reaching out to customer service (multiple emails and nearly a week to resolve) I was told that in their 'terms and conditions' it states that they have the right to replace flowers with others when inventory is low. Hmmm. Not sure that daisies are interchangeable with roses, but that was we received. Very disappointed that they refused to do anything to make this right.

The website feels misleading. I ordered a "Deal of the Day" package for $80, understanding it was a bit of a lucky draw. However, I assumed the bouquet would be similar in quality and value to others offered at the same price. What I received was a very substandard bunch. When I queried its value and provided a picture, I was informed it was considered on par, which I find hard to agree with.

Update- After raising a complaint, the company agreed that the delivery was inferior (sent them a pic) and they considerately gave a refund.
Will never use again. Over-priced. Absolute con. Ordered $120 savoury hamper, what was delivered was about $25 worth of cheap crackers and processed meat. Plus $20 delivery charge. Avoid.

Failed to deliver. The thought I wanted to send on a special day was lost. Bitterly disappointed.

Absolutely disgraceful business. I paid $100 and picked out a bunch from a picture. The delivered flowers look like they were picked off the side of the road, cheap looking flowers. Wasn’t offered a refund when they said they weren’t able to deliver the bunch I had paid for but would deliver a bunch of similar value/look. No response when I wrote them a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 26/10 they were unable to deliver as they stated they couldn’t confirm the postcode but had the full address I requested another address for the flowers to be delivered with full postcode still not delivered and has not refunded my money absolute scam
Keep away from this florist I have now got the bank involved from UK to get my refund
