The flowers were absolutely stunning each flower perfect. Staff were helpful and understanding when I asked to change date for delivery. I couldn’t be happier and would use them again.

The phone conversation in setting up the delivery was friendly, informative and very helpful. Being able to choose from photos of the flowers was easy, the prices were good, and better than some other florists in the area.
To arrange this delivery to my family in Quakers Hill, Sydney from here in Canberra, was effortless, and I will do this again, and have already recommended you to others here.

The delivery was made when requested and my sister was thrilled with it and the note attached.

I ordered the flowers on Friday the 14th for a birthday. They did not arrive. They emailed me and said they were closed and would I like to still get them delivered on the Monday. I said, yes. It is now Tuesday the 18th and they have sent an email saying they refunded me. No apology - nothing.
What a joke!!!

This does not deserve the one star rating. Very poor quality compared to what is advertised. The company we not interested in preventing poor reviews. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY.

The flowers were not at all what I ordered. They arrived looking as though they had been in the sun all day, the roses were dead. I paid extra for a large bunch and it wasn't large. The flowers were also not what I ordered. Highly disappointed.

Horrendous! They ruined the whole flower experience for my friends birthday by delivering two bunches of flowers rather than one, on realising this 4 days later, they rang my friend and demanded the second bunch back so they could redeliver 4 day old flowers to the poor people who didn’t get their flowers! Would never use again, added to that, the arrangements were nothing like the photos! Steer clear folks!

The lady I spoke to was very kind today just lovely when you’re dealing with sad things.

I ordered a bright bunch of fresh flowers with a teddy, a box of chocolates and a balloon for my daughter’s birthday. The booking was very easy from the site and the delivery was perfect! My daughter was truly delighted to receive such a beautiful bouquet — she wasn’t expecting it at all! She said the flowers were wonderful and beautifully wrapped, with a lovely happy birthday balloon as well. She absolutely loved the cute bear, and the chocolates were delicious.

I truly appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism, which made her birthday an unforgettable and very special day. The care Lily’s Florist put into choosing every detail meant a lot to me, especially because I live in Italy, so far away! Thank you so much to all of you and especially to Wendy!

Flowers ordered for a wedding were not delivered until the next day

This is my second review now as I'm feeling more and more frustrated after multiple emails with no reply and multiple phone calls that don't get answered ... This company has taken my money and not delivered the flowers I ordered ... Do not use this company

Although Mums Dementia had robbed her of remembering it was her birthday 🤣 she absolutely LOVED her flower delivery, and was thrilled to receive them x As I live 2 states away, it was important for me to mark the occasion, and regardless of Mum remembering her birthday or not, the fact she so enjoyed the beautiful delivery means a lot x

Delivery was on time - Floral arrangement of fresh flowers/foliage were lovely - satisfied customer/recommend Lilysflorist.

I did not like the fact that we were not informed as to whether the bouquet was delivered. As it was a funeral and the family were very busy I did not think it appropriate to enquire about the delivery.
Upon inquiring, Lilysflorist, said that they assumed the bouquet was delivered as there was no problems from the florist. I am not good at assuming - but will have to accept it I guess. There certainly needs to be better information regarding the delivery arriving. A text would suffice.
