Lovely charm and excellent service
I had a great service from Lily Charmed and am very happy with my new charm.
I bought a silver running shoe to replace a charm that I lost a few years ago. It had been given to me by my running mates so I was gutted to lose it - I am very happy I found a new one.
The charm is cute and well made and the service was excellent.

Love my recent purchase from Lily Charmed. This was my first purchase from Lily Charmed and I’m so impressed with the quality of my beautiful new cat heads and tail necklace. I treated myself to this with some money I recently received for my 40th Birthday and it’s the perfect necklace for a cat lover like me. First Class All Round!
From start to finish, my experience with Lily Charmed has been first class! The website is easy to navigate, the delivery super quick, the packaging perfect and as for the charms... Gorgeous! I have made several purchases for gifts including a couple of gold necklaces and several charms, they truly are gems. Each item comes in its own little pretty pouch and box. This Independent family run British business is my top favourite discovery of 2026! I wish I'd found them earlier.

Very lovely high quality charm collector
I purchased a charm collector (hand)in silver with chain. The charm is very detailed. As a nail tech I will hang a silver gel polish bottle on the charm collector, as this is the only way to express my profession. Responded very well on chat for questions. The packaging was good and cute (real jewellry feel). Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Incredible Customer Service
I’ve purchased multiple charms from Lily Charmed over time and have always loved the quality and uniqueness of their pieces. Recently, I had an issue with the clasp on a Custard Cream charm, and with only a few days to go before Christmas, I genuinely thought it would be impossible to return it and receive a replacement in time.
That was until I spoke to an incredible member of their customer service team, Kay (I hope she won’t mind me mentioning her by name). Without me needing to go into detail about why it mattered so much to have the charm before Christmas Day, she completely understood the urgency and made it happen, and in doing so, made a 7-year-old extremely happy.
Kay was brilliant from the very start: trusting, empathetic, proactive and genuinely kind. I was honestly blown away by her willingness to help and the care she showed throughout the process. It’s people like her who make you want to continue supporting a business.
If the owner(s) see this review, please know you have an exceptional human representing your brand, and she made a real difference

Nothing like photos
Item looks nothing like the photo it's very small. I ordered an engraved item which is stated buried in their returns isn't refundable however they say this is very clear which it isn't or I wouldn't have ordered. After 3 times reaching out and waiting nearly 2 weeks they have declined my refund without answering my questions or explaining why its not clearly stated. Glad I got this on black Friday sale so it wasn't almost £50 however still a waste of money that was meant to be a lovely Christmas present.

On the size: we always want customers to feel confident about what they’re buying, so we do list the charm dimensions on the product page to help set expectations before ordering. That said, we understand that “small” can still feel surprising when you see an item in person, and we’re taking your feedback on board to see how we can make sizing even clearer (for example, improving imagery and wording).
On the return request: your charm was engraved exactly as requested and there was no fault with the engraving. Because it was personalised, we’re unable to accept a return for a change of mind in line with our policy for engraved/personalised items (this is also outlined in our FAQs/returns information). If an item is not personalised, we’re of course happy to accept returns in accordance with our standard returns policy.
On response time: we’re a small team and our office was closed over the festive period, with an out-of-office message in place to confirm when we would be back online. We also had a staff changeover over Christmas which meant your initial message was unfortunately missed - I’m very sorry about that. Once we picked it up, we responded as quickly as we could and we have taken your feedback seriously.

Good Quality
You can tell the jewelry is high quality. I had previously made the mistake of buying a really cheap version of the same piece I saw on lilycharmed and it broke off after the first week and I ended up having to buy the original anyway. Cheap really is expensive. Now that I’ve bought it, I can immediately see a difference in the quality, and knowing that it’s made by an independent family business just makes it feel that much better to wear.
