Bought a necklace, the chain snapped after one or two wears. I sent a photo and asked for a replacement (the ring holding the pendant to the chain is too small to fit on any of my other gold chains) and they said I had to post it back to Germany at my own cost. for them to inspect before they’d send a replacement.

I’ve sent it back, sent multiple emails and received no communication or replacement. Total waste of time and money.

My jewelry arrived today — my Hekate medallion — and I couldn’t be happier. It looks exactly like in the pictures, simply beautiful 😍
Ordering was smooth and I could track the delivery easily. Highly recommend.

The quality of the necklace is actually good but the issue is the customer service. My order was incorrectly sent to another country (not for the company’s fault) and I flagged this two days after it was shipped. I was told there were no issues and just wait. Few more days passed and the item turned out to be directed to the wrong country as I flagged initially.
I was sent another one and reassured they would redirect the original parcel. The new order arrived and last week the original parcel showed up at my door and I advised the business of it so they could decide how to proceed.
My only request was to arrange collection of the duplicate from my home. I don’t drive and I have a young child, going to a post office or a shop to post it is difficult for me at the moment.
The company they chose to use for the return does not offer home pick up. They refused to explore other options (like DPD or DHL) as they do offer home pick up.
I completely understand this was not Vermaye’s initial fault, however at the end of the day they are the courier’s client, not me. I feel I should not be put under pressure to patch an issue not created by me.

I was disappointed by the customer service they really don’t seem to care about accommodating their customers, especially for an issue not caused by a customer. Pity, as the products are nice.

Ich habe schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt und bin begeistert. Die Details sind so gut gearbeitet und die Qualität ist wirklich top! Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Adresse, der Kundendienst hat sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert und alles hat danach wunderbar geklappt. Ich kann Vermaye wärmstes empfehlen!

I ordered two necklaces on June 26th. One of the two in production. I was told (because I asked) that the necklace in production would be ready within 8 weeks.
I waited 8 weeks and received no response. I contacted customer service for clarification. They apologized and sent me the first necklace in the meantime. They told me there was a delay in production and that, I quote, they "estimate" it will be completed within 3 weeks. Spoiler: no.
I contacted them again on September 20th because, once again, I had no idea where my money went. They said they had "unforeseen issues" and that shipping is now scheduled for mid-October. Spoiler: no.

In the end, the shipping label was created on October 24th (that doesn't seem like half of 30 to me) and processed at the parcel center of origin on October 27th.

Today is November 3rd and the necklace is still on its way.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Das Medaillon ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern fühlt sich auch hochwertig an. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail drinsteckt. Der Versand ging schnell, und der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werde definitiv wieder bestellen!

Absolut top! Habe mir eine wunderschöne Kette bestellt und trage sie täglich. Super feine Details auf dem Medaillon, hat ein gutes Gewicht nicht zu leicht nicht schwer, die Kette selber sieht edel aus. Support war sehr hilfreich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werde da nochmal bestellen.

Advertises in UK; but the price does not cover the import tax, and they don’t use their own name for where the item is coming from. So expect an additional bill, and expect some confusion on what for.

They also advertise items that are not ready to be shipped yet with little to no information / warning that there will be a multi-month wait.

Sowas habe ich tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Der Schmuck macht einen minderwertige Eindruck

Le médaillon Hecate est magnifique. La qualité est au rendez vous.
Le point à améliorer serait selon moi la prise en charge du retour car la chaîne était cassée. J’ai du la renvoyer pour être livrée d’une nouvelle. Cela a pris un mois environ.

I bought the isis necklace, it arrived on time and is very pretty. Packaging nice for a gift.

I made an order on the 10th July, and heard nothing about my order for a week, when I followed up they explained I would receive it in the next two months as it was out of stock

Je dois avouer que je ne comprends pas trop les avis concernant la qualité du bijou (j'ai acheté Medusa en collier vermeil) et donc j'avais un peu peur du résultat. Mais au final, pour ma part, ça fait déjà 2 semaines que je le porte sans l'avoir retiré une seule fois, je me douche et dors avec, et il n'a absolument pas bougé.

La qualité est la même qu'au départ, il n'a pas noirci ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. On sent quand même que c'est de la qualité (vu le prix j'aurais été déçue de l'inverse), il fait son poids et Médusa est parfaitement bien représentée sur le pendentif. J'ai que des compliments depuis mon achat.

J'en suis satisfaite, et j'espère que ça va bien durer dans le temps, à voire dans quelques semaines et mois.

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de mon collier. Reçu hier vraiment grossier pas du tout comme sur le site! 129€ pour ça
Je souhaite le retourner et me faire rembourser comme la loi m’y autorise mais aucune réponse par mail. Pas de consigne sur le site pas d’étiquette de retour.

Meine Bestellung kam schnell an. Schön verpackt mit Karte dabei. Alles wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Trage die Kette Tag und Nacht. Selbst die kleinsten Details sind wunderschön gestaltet und sichtbar.

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs sur cette marque, j'ai reçu mon collier Sirène et la qualité m'a l'air au rendez-vous, on voit clairement qu'il s'agit de plaqué or, les finitions sont très belles. À voir sur le long terme mais pour l'instant, je l'ai gardé tout le temps sur moi, même dans la douche et il ne bouge pas.
Update : ça fait deux semaines que je l'ai et il n'a toujours pas bougé malgré la douche, le parfum. Ne pas forcément se fier aux deux avis négatifs.

Cela fait une semaine que je l’ai reçu et c’est déjà abîmé ! Au prix que cela coûte c’est vraiment odieux ! C’est de la camelote ! N’achetez pas .. dommage car ils sont jolis mais ne tiennent pas du tout, il y a des taches noires qui ne s’enlèvent pas.

Habe meiner Freundin eine Medusa Goldkette für 1200€ gekauft. Die Kette wurde bei der ersten Lieferung angeblich von DHL zugestellt, war aber nirgends aufzufinden, auch nach Rücksprache mit DHL nicht und passte laut Vermaye auch nicht in den Briefkasten. Der Kundenservice von Vermaye (besonderen Dank an Anastasia) hat mir die Kette sofort per Expressversand erstattet, sodass sie noch pünktlich zum Geburtstag da war, ohne viel hin und her. Als Gegenbeispiel sind wir mit Michael Kors immernoch am streiten, obwohl wir in der Garantie einen Defekt einer hochwetigen Smartwatch haben. Ich kann Vermaye nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kette bzw. vorallem das Amulett sind wunderschön verarbeitet und sehr massiv. Es wurde in einer schönen Box mit einer Stealvollen Karte versendet. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde Vermaye auch 10 Sterne geben. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
