I absolutely love everything about LILIOSA every set I’ve brought has been so comfy and the patterns are absolutely stunning.
I’ve never felt so much better about myself since wearing these sets.
Also Elle and Alfie are just such amazing people they feel like my best friends and they pick the best sets.

They do some lovely lingerie sets and have always got great deals going on.
Staff are amazing, customer service actually given with care.
Have recommended to family and friends.

Their clothing is nice and I like it but my only problem is the customer service hasn’t sent me back an email about my order that is being sent back to the sender, but I do hear it’s cause of the delivery company DPD but idk, I’ve sent two emails asking about it and haven’t gotten a reply yet, but I hope it will be resolved and I can finally get my order.

Lovely ladies, helped me choose the most gorgeous sets. Such fast delivery will definitely be ordering again!

Good product, I wish the customer service lived up to it.

I have had issues multiple times with this company when trying to resolve queries with my order.

The first time I was trying to change product size from medium to large as my wife had gained a little weight and felt that large would be a better fit.

Despite being assured this had been done, my orders continued to arrive in medium.

Once this was eventually resolved and the orders began arriving in large, I had no further issues until my latest monthly subscription box.

A box ordered 24th August 2025 didn't arrive. Normally it would arrive 2 days after the order was placed but Mid September arrived and the order was still showing as not dispatched in my account.

After multiple attempts to follow this up and being told that the order would be dispatched "within an hour" it was finally dispatched after 2 weeks of "customer service". When the order did arrive it wasn't my usual monthly subscription box but a battered and damaged "budget box".

Despite asking multiple times how to cancel my subscription and not being given an answer that worked, I have removed my payment method from my Shop account just to stop any orders with this company.

It's a shame because my wife and I love the product but it isn't worth the hassle of trying to engage with customer service via email if you have any issues.

Ordered a set that was out of stock in my size, I was messaged immediately and has a new set sent out the same day! Amazing customer service and amazing lingerie

After spending nearly £500 with this company I can no longer stand by and support them with the way they run. They have no awareness of stock to the point you are able to order things that have already sold out in your size. I have had 3 orders in which were placed on July 27th 2025. I’m writing this post on September 11th 2025. If something is sold out they allow you to pick something else on the website. The items I selected were all out of stock may have been about 5. We finally found items that were in stock to replace the 3 orders and I was told this had been shipped. 2 weeks later it still hadn’t been received. I contacted again and they blamed the courier stating they never scanned the parcel. Again went through this same process of picking new items and being told they were shipped and hadn’t been. All three of those items were now out of stock one being a winter coat. I was told the winter coats were coming back in stock so I said I was happy to wait for it and they were sending me 2 other items for the two other orders and guess what never received them. I contacted and was met with ‘babe as I told you above we will be in contact once it had shipped’ a few days pass and I message again with the same response. I then asked them what they were referring to as I had previously been told the two items had been shipped. They were completely oblivious to what I was speaking about and again blamed the courier. I had to choose 2 more items. This time though the person I was speaking to refused to allow me to wait for the coat despite me telling her I had already been added to the list. She then told me that the coats were not being restocked this year and I could be waiting until next year. I said that’s not what I had previously been told so I am happy to wait until November and if they hadn’t been restocked I will pick something else. The person was then getting rude so I politely asked for a refund to which she replied you know I’m not allowed to do that babe. I asked why and she said because they are a lingerie store. I then politely asked that the two orders be sent and I will contact TikTok shop in the meantime. She said I was waisting time as they would only tell me the same thing then another message came through to say she had picked another item and sent me the tracking info. One of the agreed items was a dress that she had sent over. In the image it was a red dress. She did not specify that it would not be this red dress and today it has turned up brown. I will be going through my bank for a charge back as I think it’s appalling after waiting a month and a half to a be spoken to the way I have and to be given an item I did not order nor agree to. I also think she lied about the winter coats as I cannot see a brand not restocking winter coats within their autumn winter range which has not yet launched particularly as other members of staff have already confirmed their return. I also think the fact they allow people to purchase items that aren’t in stock is just a way of getting your money as they say they cannot then refund it despite you not receiving the items you purchased. Not to mention these orders were done on a live stream where they have an incentive of a freebie with every order so I should have received 3 of these and didn’t even get one. I feel I had been patient and respectful and others probably wouldn’t have been after the constant mess ups on their end and waiting. Nothing was offered for compensation such as a free gift or voucher for the inconvenience.

Just received my eighth or ninth order 😬 I managed to get the fairycake one on Elle's live which is an absolute dream so thank you so much it's incredibly beautiful and fits perfectly. 💕

I had such a great experience shopping with Liliosa Lingerie. I purchased my items on one of there TikTok lives. Elle the host is such a vibe so friendly, bubbly and a ball of energy. She makes you feel 10/10 will defiantly be purchasing more from this business again. My items were such good quality and the size was perfect. 🫶
