It’s really difficult to get a returns label sent I’ve been chasing with emails & they are sending me around in circles. I don’t buy from here again as the returns process is hard work!

The lingerie set I ordered was very poor, significantly below what I would expect even from fast fashion. I have sets from shein which are higher quality. Items arrived with loose threads and finishing issues, and one piece had a ribbon detached straight out of the packaging.

The overall fit and construction felt low quality despite the pricing and branding.

There is also a repeated pattern mentioned by customers and collaborators regarding how complaints are handled, with reports of people being blocked after raising issues rather than being engaged with professionally.

From what I have seen, there are also claims from models and collaborators about poor communication around payments and feeling unsupported during shoots, although I can only speak to what has been publicly shared and discussed by others; but you can see from reviews on trust pilot they block customers who complain to keep up their social media image.

Liliosa has changed my life it has given my confidence back ,by wearing their absolutely gorgeous underwear and my partner loves the underwear I have bought ❤️ , the girls are so helpful ,lovely and beautiful girls xx

Beware of this company!! They are dropshipping items from Shein, Temu and Ali Express and selling them at inflated extreme prices claiming to be their own bespoke designs.

Don’t get caught into this scam, they have blocked me from TikTok as I raised the issue with them directly. Awful company and should be shut down.

Mistakes happen but the way your company tried to ignore me and every little bit of accountability after it, is so wrong. I loved liliosa, but the company is great untill you have an issue. Very unfortunate

I love the lingerie i got

Won a giveaway on TikTok and it was advertised as stockings but I received a really bad quality empty bag. I thought the stockings must have fallen out so messaged to let them know and I got the rudest patronising messages! “Hey babe…” yuck! Basically gaslighting me telling me they say in the lives it’s a mystery items but I watch their lives a lot and they have NEVER said it’s a mystery item. The customer service and poor quality bag has put me off ordering. I was excited to see the quality of the stockings before purchasing but they have lost trust from a potential customer here. Just seems scammy

Such a lovely company operating with a real personal touch to their service..a hard found attitude in today’s retail environment. I originally ordered lingerie pieces and I have gone on to order bikinis, everyday bras etc and I am blown away by the quality considering the price. Do not order!!! Never received my order - over 2 months and not had a refund!

First time buyer and the experience was very good.Quick delivery.Lingerie bought true to size and material excellent.

I loved how everything was packed and how I got the options for my bunddle on Tik tok live, Some items were to tight well other fit just right for my size. I would recommend sizing up just to be safe.

I ordered two sets, only one came, when I tried to contact them which is very hard ie through instagram or a chat bot which doesn’t respond they asked me to select a different set as it was no longer in stock. I selected a different set and it was also not in stock and I selected a third time which they never got back to me after a few attempts of messaging again. Feel scammed by trying to order off a small business but I guess they’re small for a reason.

Returned a parcel twice for it to be returned to me address on returns information not valid and had to dispute with my bank!

Such great advice on styles and fit, feel like part of the family and the hosts are amazing and helpful. A great selection of styles that are perfect for anybody.

The best team to make you feel confident and feeling your ultimate best. From having feeding tubes to a stoma its really hard to find lingerie but liliosa truly changed that for me and made me feel empowered and confident.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered three items 20th January.

Two came and were massively undersized, my wife is a medium or 12 in everything else but would need at least an XL in their sizing but there’s no chance of an exchange or refund as the emails stop coming and now being ignored.

The third item still hasn’t arrived, I kept getting told it’s out of stock and promised a free gift, now that hasn’t turned up and now no response to my emails.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and now reading other reviews I’m not the only one.

No exchanges, no refunds, no communication ………. Just a really poor company.
I’d definitely advise to avoid ordering from them.
