I ordered a few sets off of the TikTok shop - they have probably had a total of £140 off of me, and the only one that secured a refund was my credit card.
Items stated XL and these did not fit, items were returned and no further communication from this company other than stating they could exchange for another size. XL was their largest.
Please avoid this company. I am out of pocket and no products to show.
I have tried to request a charge back through PayPal but they are not helpful, even though they had proof of my returns to the company and bank still haven’t responded to my charge back request.
Please avoid at all costs and don’t fall victim to this blatant fraudulent activity.
Purchased were made in May 2025.
The stress this has caused me is unbelievable. Please protect yourselves against this company.

The returned items unfortunately arrived back to us with the original hygiene seal broken.
As a lingerie brand, we have to prioritise customer safety and hygiene — and we’re sure you can understand that we simply cannot resell intimate items that have been opened or potentially tried on. This is a standard industry policy, and we hope you appreciate the importance of this, both as a customer and as someone who values quality and care in the products they purchase.
We absolutely do offer exchanges, and we made this option available to you when we were informed the original size did not fit. It’s not uncommon for customers to get the wrong size on their first try — which is exactly why we offer free size exchanges to help get it right.
We go up to a 4XL in many of our styles, and we’re committed to making lingerie that’s inclusive, empowering, and beautiful on every body. If we didn’t have your preferred size in that exact set, we would have been happy to help you find an alternative.
We’re sorry if PayPal or your bank haven't been supportive — unfortunately we have no control over third-party chargeback decisions. However, our team is always available to speak directly and resolve issues fairly, which is why we’d love for you to get back in touch with us so we can find a resolution together.

Wrong size and a Branch
So I ordered a L mystery bundle, They sent me a Medium and a L. One of the underwear sets came with a branch in from a small bush in the bag. The smell of damp wasn't great either. I understand they get busy but quality check is poor.
Lose threads on a lot of the underwear which I had to chop off. Sadly it doesn't meet my expectations. I ordered after being in a live for a few weeks. The staff are friendly but the quality of the underwear sadly isn't that great.

Great item, great quality!
I stumbled across Liliosa on tiktok live whilst scrolling my FYP and when I say I am so glad I did! I have always ordered/purchased lingerie through Ann Summers and have always been skeptical about purchasing from anywhere else. I watched the live for a few minutes whilst they were showcasing their sets whilst doing peoples orders and I loved them! So I purchased a ‘mystery bundle’ and then chose my size and colour preference. Then they picked my order whilst I was watching the live and gave me options to choose from that they had picked out matching my colour choice. The people were so lovely and proactive in talking to customers too. Lovely to see.
The delivery was quick and when the items arrived they looked amazing.
I’m a girly on a weight loss journey learning to love my body again and the sets are so comfortable and inclusive to people bigger than myself too. The underwear is adjustable on waist size etc too. I genuinely couldn’t believe what I’d got for half the price of one Ann Summers set!
Truly converted and super happy with my items, I will definitely be ordering more!

Disappointed with liliosa
I ordered 2 sets for £35 said I would get 6 pieces per set when in fact I got 5 pieces and a scrunchie as a freebie. I have looked at both sets and there are loose threads on both. I was told by liliosa this was normal and to cut them off with nail scissors. If they were high quality this wouldn't be normal. I have sets from marks and Spencer which did not come like that. I believe you get what you pay for but even so to me £35 is a lot of money to be spending when Primark has pretty good lingerie. I found sets by liliosa from China, amazon, eBay, shien and temu. If the sets were legitimately made in the UK why do they all say made in China on them? I'm confused I do not know what to believe. I thought this brand would be amazing but I was disappointed when both products came like they would from temu or shien or amazon.

Like many reputable brands, we ethically manufacture overseas, and our pieces are exclusively designed and sourced by us — we do not buy from or resell stock from platforms like SHEIN, Temu, Amazon, or eBay.
As for the loose threads, we’re always happy to offer guidance when it comes to small details like trimming — especially on embroidered or lace sets, which are delicate by nature. It’s important to know that this is not a sign of poor quality, but rather something that can occur with delicate finishes.

scam company!!!!! Do not buy from here girls they will take your money and then block you! There lingerie sets are from temu and shein so please don’t be a fool and get scammed by these people! TikTok are aware of them and they will soon be taken off the platform for fraud. They do not send your lingerie set out and it’s very poor quality. Take a screen shot of the sets and copy it onto Google! the sets you will see are fake. no brand labels on them or anything!SCAM SCAM SCAM do not waste your money on a set that costs you £4 on shein and temu! These girls are very clever and know what they are doing when it comes to scamming young girls. Absolutely disgusting. You have blocked me as I cannot find you on your TikTok page anymore so it is not a false accusation. I have placed over 10 orders with you over the past 2 weeks and when trying to exchange something that had a stain on it and wrong item sent out to me I was blocked straight away!!!! There is other reviews that say the same regarding you blocking them. I went onto the live stream yesterday morning and told a blonde girl she had sent an item that wasn’t even an option in the mystery set that she told me to pick which was a white body suit and she said ‘ place another order bry ‘ why should I place another order after she got it wrong and didn’t send it me after she said I could have it ???? The set she sent I already have so it wasn’t as if I was being picky as I would of actually been happy with any set I don’t already have. Just want to take my money again and again so I end up with something I didn’t order :(

Almost coming up to almost 6 months post-op from my stoma surgery, and I’ve been reflecting a lot on how far I’ve come — not just physically, but emotionally too. 🌿💫

Looks like they sent out incorrect items on purpose
I made an order for a couple of items as a gift for my sisters bridal shower. I received 2 out of 4 items, one was just not sent out with no explanation and the other I received a different product in the place of, wrong colour and wrong product. Out of what I received, one was a completely wrong size which was obvious from holding it up, to make matters worse the sticker on the packaging that would’ve told what size it was, was half ripped off. So it just seems like they purposefully gave me the wrong items. I contacted them via the live chat and wasn’t getting a response so emailed. Only response I’ve gotten so far was from the live chat asking for my contacts which I responded to and have heard nothing. Incredibly disappointing as their products look lovely and I couldn’t gift my sister. My order needs to be refunded.

There’s not enough words to describe how amazing this business is. It’s such good quality, all the sets are absolutely stunning and so so affordable. Everyone deserves to feel confident and attractive in their own body and liliosa lingerie for sure makes sure that this happens. Messed around, order late and arrived damaged
Placed the order and then heard nothing. Sent an email asking if it had been dispatched, was told someone is looking into it. Then heard nothing again, evenutally I received a reply saying the item I ordered was out so I could pick anything else regardless of price as a gesture of good will. Heard nothing after that untill a week or so later my original order arrived.... damanaged (Heavy fraying on two of the items). I responsed asking what happened and that the item was damanged (I even included a photo) but I never heard anything back. I'm going to mark this down as a loss and avoid the company, I would suggest anyone else do the same too
