We didn't start off very well but it was no bodies fault it was a technical problem with wires and a faulty router but when you don't have Internet for 4 days it's hard. I contacted them they were very helpful tried everything they suggested but had to wait for an engineer once sorted weve had no problems at all running smoothly and good prices too .

I found it very easy to switch provider. Engineer was helpful and put connection upstairs where there are more free sockets. Lila gave me a great deal saving me a lot of money. Wish I had changed sooner.

The engineers that came out were very…
The engineers that came out were very friendly and helpful they did everything that needed doing and everything seemed good but things started to go wrong later in the evening. So the next day engineer Kayur rang me and talked me through everything to put things right he was very understanding and knowledgeable thanks Kayur and the other engineers excellent service

Only one entry point for the router
The router could only be put in one place, in our least used room. The router is poor at reaching around the house even though we bought their recommended extender. Connection is very ropey at the end of the kitchen and in our dormer bedroom. If we want to watch the internet on TV it can often buffer especially with Disney+. We pay for the biggest package, so we cannot increase the speed any further. Very disappointed
