Efficient service and a great product delivered safely. The wifi bulbs were of good quality and easy to set up. Nice colour tone too!

I paid extra for faster delivery. The product left the Netherlands via DPD but never delivered it to me. Instead, they took the package back to the Netherlands. I telephoned to ask for my package and an explanation. They could see it was returned buy not why. I asked for a new shipment and they said it would be done. It has been several days and I have had no contact or update.

Items never arrived. CS phone support only in Dutch. No response this far on email.

We got our LED panels but our 25 x 5 Led Batons are missing ft

Items delivered promptly but one item was defective and after having requests to show item fitted and not functioning I was told the tube looked to be powered the wrong end - it wasn’t and was fitted exactly as the other three functioning units. No response after replying to show that the power had been applied to the correct end.
Have now purchased a replacement elsewhere.
Had they all worked initially or had the issue been settled without quibble it would have been a 5 star review.

Faulty Product and an Obstructive Returns Process
Very poor experience with LightExpert over a newly purchased faulty outdoor door lamp.

We took considerable care installing it. The old lamp first had to be removed, the old fixing holes filled, and new holes drilled because the new lamp used different mounting positions. As no fitting template was supplied, I made my own template using the lamp base as a guide. The mounting base was then checked carefully with a spirit level and was perfectly level.

Once installed, however, it was immediately obvious that the body of the new lamp itself was not upright and was visibly out of alignment. This was clearly not an installation issue.

The lamp was installed during daylight and removed again the same day once the defect became clear. We then had to fill the new holes and reinstall the old lamp, reopening the previously filled fixing holes in order to do so. Altogether, this faulty product caused hours of unnecessary work and hassle.

I sent LightExpert photographs and a video showing the problem. Instead of simply arranging the return of a newly purchased faulty item, they said they could not see the problem clearly enough and then asked us to reinstall the faulty lamp, fit a bulb and take another photograph.

This request made no sense. The defect is the physical alignment of the lamp body itself. A bulb has absolutely nothing to do with whether the lamp is straight. Reinstalling it again would also mean undoing work we had already completed and creating yet more unnecessary work purely to take another photograph.

I explained all of this and offered to provide any specific additional photographs they required of the lamp while it was uninstalled. Rather than clearly explaining what further evidence they actually needed, the process felt increasingly evasive and obstructive, as though new reasons were repeatedly being found not to process the return.

They have now also failed to respond to my latest messages.

For what should have been a straightforward return of a faulty new product, this has involved an extraordinary amount of time, work and frustration. The experience has left me with very little confidence in LightExpert’s customer service or returns process.

Very disappointing. I would advise others to think carefully before buying from this company, dealing with this kind of company is a risk.

Faulty sensors in multiple lights purchased, even melted the plastics around sensors so they are dangerous and clearly not well made or fit for purpose.
Different designs purchased but same issue in them all. Complete waste of time.
They do refund for the faulty items however the cost of electricians and turn wasted, still without working outdoor lights makes this company to be avoided
