Good service and delivery
Good service and delivery, though was surprised to find that the light was shipped from Europe. Fortunately, this did not incur additional customs charges, but a more expensive item would likely have been taxed at the border.

your not allowed to retun faulty items and no respect for its customers
I received two identical lights from Lightexpert, and both were completely dead on arrival (they do not illuminate or turn on at all). Because they were broken right out of the box, I immediately requested a return and refund under my consumer rights.
Instead of helping me, Lightexpert has completely ignored my requests and refused to provide a return label. Worse, they are actively stalling and acting in a discriminatory manner. They repeatedly demand video/picture evidence of a light that completely fails to turn on. I explicitly explained to them that I am not comfortable filming or showing my skin in a video for them, yet they have chosen to disregard my privacy and comfort, demanding it over and over again to prolong the dispute.
they completely refuse to follow standard return procedures. If you want a company that respects consumer law and basic personal privacy, do not buy from Lightexpert.

Lovely warm light.
The instructions were in Dutch? I think, so I had to find the instructions online. However, they look really good and sturdy. I love the warm light they give out.
