The zipper teeth broke on one of my bags but customer service told me how to fix it and it worked, while also offering me warranty options in case it didn't. Very quick responses too.

I purchased Lifewit's collapsible…
I purchased Lifewit's collapsible cooler bag. It is an awesome bag at a fantastic price. There is tons of room so that we can pack snacks or meals for the whole family. It insulates great and keeps our food cold or hot (depending on the meal). I also use it when I go grocery shopping to put my milk so it doesn't go bad. It takes us 30 minutes to get home from the store and my milk is still cold when I get home. Definitely recommended!

This cooler bag can surprisingly can pack a lot of food and drinks
For a comparison I put a gallon of water can next to it and you can see how big it is.
It has upper and lower compartment with high quality, leak proof material with nice quality of seams... Definitely a smart design and higher quality.

High quality cooler bag
This is really a high quality cooler bag! The gray fabric is well made and looks like it should cost more than it does. The insulation is thicker than other cooler bags I've seen. The multiple zippered compartments are nice to keep things separate. The shoulder strap is wide enough so it doesn't dig into your shoulder while you're carrying it.

Perfect family cooler bag
I really love this cooler bag. It is the perfect size to take out with the kids to the lake or the park and pack our lunch and have extra drinks and waters as well. I like the little extra pocket for my keys and other small items i need to keep up with. The strap is also very comfortable and makes carrying it very easy.

In fact,it is perfect for anyone who likes to carry snacks or drinks with them! It is constructed of high quality fabric that is leak proof. It has separate compartments for hot and cold food as well as exterior pockets for additional snacks or personal items such as phone chargers or keys. This cooler bag would make a perfect gift! I am outdoor person.this cooler bag is great for anyone who spend time outside. I tested the cooler bag.i put frozen water bottles inside and after 30 hours I opened and half of the ice didn’t melt. The cooler bags some pockets around. It’s actually really nice cooler bag. I Recommend it
