The zipper teeth broke on one of my bags but customer service told me how to fix it and it worked, while also offering me warranty options in case it didn't. Very quick responses too.

Well insulated!
So I had to have surgery, and my husband wanted to make sure he stayed nearby the whole time, so we ordered this bag. He wanted a way to keep waters and snacks with him while he was waiting; he never had to leave the waiting room. Find a nice plastic bag to put it in, and throw it in the freezer or just use freezer packs. So well insulated.
Can’t wait to take this baby to the beach!

Nothing bad to say about the cooler I bought. It's cute, comfortable, and holds quite a lot! Love taking it to the beach or even just using it to bring lunch to work.

Really love this cooler for the size works to bring all my diet foods. Also, great for a iconic lunch. Keeps food cold for up to 12 hours could be longer. Great size for the price.

Absolutely love my new cooler!
Absolutely love my new cooler. It is absolutely perfect for those Long Beach days and keeps my drinks and snacks cold all day long. It’s also huge so I can fit everything I need and the carry strap makes it easy to transport. Overall, it’s a perfect addition to my beach routine.

This cooler is so chic and perfect! I use it for grocery shopping for my refrigerated and frozen items. When we start camping again, I will use it for that! I love this bag so much!

This cooler is awesome! I was always a soft cooler fan but this converted me. Ice stays for over 8 hours and the pockets to put your phone and keys are great. I love this cooler!

Best cooler we've owned
The cooler that we purchased is exceptional, one of the highest quality coolers ive ever owned. It seems to hold more than its size would seem. It keeps food very cold, and has a lot of pockets to stay organized. Great product, would recommend for anyone wanting a cooler.

Amazing product!
The awesome average reviews of this product does justice to the quality, size and look of this cooler bag. It is a well built bag, quality (outside and inside) feels good on hands and it does an amazing job at what it is suppose to do! There are several pockets and compartments that helps you load a lot of stuff for the perfect picnic! Highly recommended!

Perfect fit for the storage area of my golf cart.
I was looking for a cooler to fit behind the seat, in the storage area of my golf cart. I have used this for a few weeks and find that it keeps ice, and drinks cold overnight. Most bags unless you spend north of $100 don't do that.

A great large lunch or picnic bag.
The large lunch bag is perfect for a day at the beach or park. Has a top compartment for napkins and silverware, two mesh outside pockets, and a large interior. Held cans of pop and all our items for a picnic. The strap is padded and comfortable. Great bag.
