Unprofessional and unreliable company with awful communication, don’t waste your time with them, suggest using other training companies.

Poor communication and lack of interest…
Poor communication and lack of interest for my coaches to help me achieve my goals. Some of the materials are outdated or the links no longer work.
I felt very frustrated the whole way through and unsupported throughout the experience. The first half of my apprenticeship I received little support and relied on Google searches to get the information I needed. And in the second half I felt blamed and rushed for the incompetence and inaction on the part of the coaches.

Learner coach is amazing
Love the company used them twice now to complete level 2 and level 3 lead adult care and I can say they have been supportive, informative and my learner coach is amazing, she's calm, understanding, patient and really outgoing.

Great training program
Richard Stevens the learning coach helped me when I struggled during the course and the course also helped me gain knowledge and understanding in my workplace especially health and safety and the hazards in the workplace

Great service and even though I'm older learner and struggle with my spelling I'm not made to feel stupid and my confidence has grown since doing apprenticeship

DOES NOT REPLY. Very poor
I had started my job role back in October 2023, I was informed by Lifetime I could start in November 2023. This did not happen and I was still waiting. In January 2024, they had assured me it was end of January maybe mid February 2024. Then I had contact stating it would be end of February 2024 mid March 2024. 3 times, and still no contact directly. I am now with another training provider and they are so much better. Would not recommend using this training provider at all, don't waste your time.
