I would like to thank Kevin, he is an amazing tutor and he is really good at explaining everything throughout the course, he is very knowledgeable and informative, I feel like he is the right person for SIA course he knows what he is talking about and he is very helpful for you to understand what point or subject is being discussed.
I would definitely recommend someone like Kevin to help you complete and give you good understanding about the course and what your purpose of the course would help you achieve in your future career.

Please be aware of this training provider. In 2019 I applied to do their personal trainer and fitness course and that’s as far as it went. I received no educational training, online or in person. I never gain a qualification. Lifetime took the £3000 from student finance and never declared that I had never attended or received any training. I have asked lifetime to refund the money back to student finance to which they have refused and are trying to make me pay for a course I never did. I am now having to get legal advice aswel as student finance to do an investigation into this company. Be careful full they will fraudulently take money for funding even if you do not attend

The learning is exceptional

Every detail of my learning comes to life and I have a full understanding of my job role. I feel competent, confident and know how to communicate well in my work.

As a student that was applying for a interview, I came across this platform where I could apply for many vacancies they had to offer! Two workers by the names of “Mike Love” and “Emilia Gilbert” helped out during my process with their quick emails and providing me with all the information needed for my interview! Thank you very much to the both of them!

Overall lifetime is an amazing website and is very useful and helpful towards my apprenticeship and archiving my qualifications

My apprenticeship experience was wonderful. I learned so much about hospitality, safety, and guest relations. I learned how to solve problems and how to initiate professional dialogue with a guest or a colleague. I'm so grateful to my coach, Matthew Gardner, for all the support he gave me, even in my toughest moments. He always supported me, and the great thing was that he believed in me. He was truly helpful, and I'm truly grateful for that.

Being a learner at Lifetime has been a really rewarding experience. From the start, I felt supported by my coach and the wider team. They understand that everyone learns at a different pace and make the effort to tailor support based on your individual needs and challenges.

The learning materials are clear and accessible, and the platform is easy to navigate. I’ve gained not only knowledge in business administration but also developed important skills like time management, organisation, and confidence in using software like Microsoft Office.

One of the best parts of being a learner at Lifetime is the ongoing encouragement and regular check-ins. My coach, Melody, has been especially supportive—keeping me motivated, helping me plan my time effectively, and being there whenever I’ve faced challenges.

Overall, being a learner at Lifetime means growing both personally and professionally in a supportive and structured environment.

Lifetime is a great platform for completing an apprenticeship, as it allows you to learn from an environment you are comfortable with, rather than having to sit in a class room. My lifetime coach (Sue) was fantastic, as she pushed me to complete my workload, and if ever there was a time I struggled with a piece, she was always on hand to help, but she also pushed me to get to the end of my apprenticeship and had lots of faith in me to complete my course, even when she knew I wasn’t given time to complete my subjects within working hours.

Just completed a level 5 Apprenticeship with Lifetime Training.

Lifetime were very supportive. The learning platform is great, but their coaches are amazing. Angela was my coach, and she was incredibly helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to learn and pass my apprenticeship with them.
The skills days were well managed and engaging, and brought so many theories and models of management to the sessions. If I had the choice of completing the course again online or attending the skills days, I would definitely choose the face-to-face skills days again; the knowledge and practice are invaluable. Would recommend 100%.

The training course was very interesting and learned a lot about security and other aspects in the course. The tutorial Kevin was very knowledgable and give a lot of confidence and give us a lot useful skills and very approachable and very polite and put it across very professional
