Beautifully parked and the refill bottle looks lovely. Like the fact that the refill pouch is not made out of plastic and it is easy to squeeze in the bottle.
The paste tastes really nice and seems to really make your teeth whiter and without chemicals. I think the product is really great. 👌

Thought it was a good product with good eco-credentials but the quality control and product testing is mindblowingly bad.
After having the original toothpaste formula, then the new formula, and getting through 3 bottles, I'm giving up. It's like product testing lasted 2 weeks. The toothpaste sticks to the side, jams the pump and every time you think you've cleaned it out, a week later it's jammed again.
It's meant to last a lifetime (it's in the name ffs...) but in reality is just more crap sent to landfill - a real shame when you try to avoid guilt by spending decent money on a product. Life Supplies seem to have just cut some massive corners.
On the plus-side, it's aesthetically pleasing for the time that you do have it...

Their customer service is excellent with prompt response. The toothpaste has a subtle flavour which leaves your mouth feeling fresh. I have sensitive teeth and this toothpaste has definitely helped. Would highly recommend.

Just received my first order, haven't even tried it and they are going to send my next refill. Its very expensive, dont know if i'll like it. The price they charge for the refillable containers is excessive. Im cancelling.

I really hope I can remove/upgrade this review but feel like this is the only way to get this company to listen. I have been waiting since 10th February 2025 for a response to my question about recycling my faulty toothpaste bottle, over 6 months!! Then on 21st August, I get told incorrect information about what can actually be recycled! Please can someone from Life Supplies actually answer the question I keep asking them?!

No customer service. Contact is by email only but no one answers. I applied twice for refer a friend but again nothing. I emailed twice no answer. I like the product but the pump is awful so stiff to use. I tried to cancel my subscription but can’t I can only change the date. I don’t want anymore.

Very responsive customer service, when needed, and I really like the toothpaste itself, but gosh the whole thing has become a faff. Replacement bottle has developed the same fault as the first one - jamming every time it's used - and the new pouches are a pain; toothpaste everywhere when you're trying to refill the bottle. A tube or dispenser of some kind, made of recyclable material would just be SO much easier.

Having tried a variety of lower plastic dental products (tablets, aluminium tubes etc) I feel these are the best so far. I love this toothpaste, a little pricey perhaps but seems to last a long time. And the dispenser is gorgeous matching exactly my bathroom basin splashback tiles. Thoroughly recommend.

Chased my subscription a week after the money left my account to be told it takes longer because they’re cutting down on C02 and whatnot, if it doesn’t appear a week later , get in touch again…it didn’t turn up , so got in touch again only to be told that it actually takes upto 2 weeks and if it’s not there by the following Monday, to get in touch again. It didn’t, I got in touch to get my money back and cancel the subscription and have yet to hear anything. Also the dispenser has packed up and now I have bad breath. Crest, all is forgiven. Pricey lifestyle garbage.

The toothpaste itself is good however it always ends making the bottle pump stuck. I got my bottle replaced 3 times and the company improved the formula to avoid this but seems like it didn't work, I have to open the bottle to take the toothpaste out every time I'm going to brush my teeth. I ended up cancelling my subscription.

Works well for me although I find the pump a little awkward at times, but I have arthritis in my hands so that doesn't help either.
I had 2 little stains on my lower teeth that have been there for years, even after dental hygienist and these have gone!
Yes, I had the problem with Toothpaste being left around the insides of the bottle near the end of packet 1. I just added a little water and shook each time I used till refill and all was good for me.
Bottle looks great and cleans great.
Have just ordered the deodorant so will review when used for a while.

I seldom write reviews but for 20 quid you'd hope that dispenser lasts at least a few pouches. Mine failed to pump after just one, and when reaching out to customer service they gave me suggestions on how to clean it and that it! You'd think I would've already tried fixing a 20 quid dispenser... and now it doesn't work it just adds to the waste in the world, instead of reducing it like what the company's ethos is! I've just resorted to squeezing the toothpaste out of the paper packets because they're way too expensive to just toss. Don't bother buying from them if it's durability you're after..

Really bizarre behavior from Farrida in customer services who decided to restart my subscription without any express permission and the company taking no accountability for an error on their end.
I had subscribed for a few months then received an email that there was an error in the batch and the toothpaste was too thick. Too right it was too thick, you couldn’t get it out of the bottle and then that broke the pump in the bottle. They supplied a discount code for free paste for their error, and this didn’t work and said I already had a better discount applied so would not give me the replacement toothpaste. I contacted them for a new bottle - no response. I contacted again and got a passive aggressive reply from farrida. She said I had applied the code for the new paste, which it had not but no point trying to explain this farrida, who has the customer service skills of Donald trump. I gave her a day to reconsider this stance, as clearly the code didn’t work, there’s no replacement sent out and then I cancelled.
Then farrida took it upon herself the send a passive aggressive response that she could see I had cancelled and she re-instated my subscription- absolutely not! This is directly against UK consumer law and the digital markets competition and consumers act - all subscriptions must have your express consent.
The problem also with resubscribing anyone is that you don’t get a notification that this has been done as well. Farrida either needs retraining or finding another job, and the company certainly need to look at their customer service team.
Now looking at the website, there’s no real story to it, it seems faceless, no one else to contact, no registered owner, who knows who runs it? what their morals and ethics are? who runs customer service, is it outsourced? Is it AI? I certainly don’t trust them with my data. Others have had similar issue with customer services being obstructive or absent.
Really below standard from a company that portrays itself as ethical. The company has no substance and seems to just run on referrals.
