The product turned up extremely quick I was shocked and was so easy to put together. So far it has rained a lot and the mud kitchen has been fantastic, no issues being outside.

The cubby items were in poor condition
The cubby items were in poor condition. The pieces were all out of shape, it took two of us 4 days to put it together and we had to modify the cubby so it would fit. Missing bolts and screws made it challenging and had to go to Bunnings to buy more. Avoid at all costs.

We appreciate the feedback. The postage is calculated by the weight and the distance the freight needs to travel and is a charge that is coming from the courier which we always go by. The parts you have purchased is coming from Melbourne and going to NSW.

Good company great service
Ordering the trampoline online was super easy and the delivery process was super fast. Most happy with the service of this company. This was the second time purchasing the same trampoline and will be happy to do business again.

Product was missing pieces
Product was missing pieces. Contacted customer support and e-mailed but no support was given. Spent extra so it would have a little sunshade but the sun shade pieces were missing. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞
