Had a production error but this was resolved after contacting support.

In the end a replacement was required and this was arranged and executed within the week.

Bestellen ging tamelijk eenvoudig. De bevestiging van bestelling kwam ook vrij vlot binnen. Wat beter kan is de product informatie en mogelijkheden om te syncen met App. Die is sowieso summier.

Hochwertiges Gerät, ist sehr leise während des Laufens, robust gearbeitet, maximale Geschwindigkeit von 6,4 km/h erlaubt auch "Powerwalking", falls gewünscht. Leichte Reinigung, sehr gute Qualität und Verarbeitung. Steht aufgrund des Gewichts von 60 kg sehr stabil, ist aber mit den Transportrollen sehr leicht zu bewegen. Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Habe das Gerät jetzt seit 2 Monaten und nutze es nahezu täglich mehrere Stunden.

Customer service is amazing. I had an issue, and they quickly sent an engineer out. When another issue cropped up, the MD of Lifespan EU fixed it himself! Product works perfectly now - thank you <3

Had a great experience with the customer service and company. There were a couple of buttons defective due to usage on our device. I contacted them through the website and very shortly after received a message back that part was available including some advice and a couple of days later we received it by mail.
Excellent service!

I received the wrong desktop for my order, and support is not answering so far to any communication I tried. With such an expensive order, I find this unacceptable.

I purchased a desk with a treadmill, but they sent me the wrong desk. They told me they would send the correct one, but they haven’t responded or sent it yet. I do not recommend buying from them

1st off the delivery guy left the pallet and treadmill on the doorstep and drove off leaving me to figure out how to get the pallet into the house and dispose off the pallet. Now 2 months after purchase the treadmill motor is overheating and produced a smell. I've tried contacting the company for 2 weeks and got 2 "we are looking into it" messages and nothing else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS!
Update: 10th July 2025:
They sent parts for the treadmill and sent a technician to fix it but didn't send a motor (slow down and burning smell apparently means to them that it's a logic board and display issue and not a motor issue). The technician came, tried it and said "it's a motor issue" and didn't understand why they didn't send a motor. He didn't swap the parts, just took a look at the motor, left the treadmill running for 10 minutes and reproduced the burning smell and said there was nothing he can do. He put the treadmill back together and left with the spare parts, contacted LifeSpan again and they arranged for someone to come collect the treadmill BUT on Monday 7th July Monday the company that was supposed to pick up the treadmill had sent a single person but he refused to take it as it wasn’t on a pallet. He mentioned something about talking to the company he works for but then left. I emailed LifeSpan customer service after this happened and I haven't heard back.

Alles werkt perfect! Ik had in het begin wat problemen, maar het supportteam was erg behulpzaam. Ze reageerden snel en professioneel. De Ampera is een geweldige bureaufiets. Het bureau is erg stevig. Ik gebruik hem dagelijks met veel plezier, ik kan hem van harte aanbevelen!

Das Schreibtischlaufband nutze ich jetzt täglich. Meine Rückenschmerzen sind weg und ich fühle mich viel fitter. Es ist auch leise genug für Telefonate

J'ai beaucoup de difficultés à régler mon tapis de course (il frotte sur les côtés, malgré plusieurs réglages), j'ai une impression de court ralentissement par moment, ce qui rend l'expérience un peu insécure...
Et je n'arrive pas à me connecter à mon compte pour contacter le service clients...

Aanvankelijk beperkte communicatie tussen LifeSpanEurope met consument en leverancier van de hometrainer uit USA, maar uiteindelijk toch tevredengesteld met werking App.

Good product but extremely poor aftercare. I had purchased a treadmill that encountered error codes. I had used lifespans website to try get in touch for under warranty repair to discover there’s multiple ways to contact lifespan but it appears only 1 would work and give me an automated confirmation from their end that they had received my query. It’s extremely hit and miss for replies and months later my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I had to submit my service request multiple times to receive any communication.

A key reason I purchased this product from lifespan was the warranty but if you encounter issues the support is an illusion.

Bijzonder tevreden met de loopband. Montage verliep keurig en toen bleek dat deze nagelnieuwe machine een defect had, werd deze per omgaande omgeruild voor een andere nieuwe. Daar kon de leverancier niets aan doen maar perfect opgelost.

Gerät mußte erst auseinander gebaut werden und innen von Verschmutzungen befreit werden, ehe der Motor nicht mehr überhitze. Der Support, an den ich mich gewandt habe, hat mir allen Ernstes vorgeschlagen, einfach alle Kabelverbindungen im Inneren zu prüfen (ohne Anleitung oder Schaltplan), und dann versprochen, einen Servicetechniker zu schicken. Seitdem habe ich nie wieder was gehört.
Ich habe dann das Laufband innen gesäubert; seitdem überhitzt der Motor nicht mehr.
Bei dem Preis muß das anders laufen, weniger versierte Nutzer hätten teuren Schrott zu Hause gehabt.

Aufgrund dieser Bewertung hat sich der 'Support' wieder bei mir gemeldet und angeboten, mir einen Yogaball gegen eine bessere Bewertung zukommen zu lassen - ein Angebot, was ich ausgeschlagen habe, so daß ich den trotzdem zugesendeten Ball zurücksenden mußte.
Ich vergebe trotzdem einen weiteren Stern, weil das Laufband jetzt teilweise seine Funktion erfüllt, allerdings nur nach erheblichen Aufwand und ohne jegliche Hilfe des 'Supports'. Der Rahmen ist weiterhin nicht in der Lage, die Spannung zu halten, so daß das Band häufig durchrutscht und auch beinahe täglich nachjustiert werden muß. Sämtliche Schrauben sind so weich, daß sie sich beim lösen deformieren und ersetzt werden müssen, und der Motor überhitzt nach längerer Nutzung immer noch, jedoch können kürzere Läufe absolviert werden. Nichtsdestotrotz ist dieses Laufband summa summarum kein Produkt, was annähernd den Preis rechtfertigt.
