Over three years into my Critical Illness Cover policy and only now leaving a review, as I feel I can properly judge the service.

The quotation and onboarding process was smooth, thorough and professional. I felt like I was being looked after as an individual, with care taken to ensure everything was disclosed and recorded correctly from day one. No pressure from their team at any stage through the process. At the time, I did the usual calls around and Google searches and LifeSearch offered the best overall value I could find.

I've just joined, so I'm not sure if i should give a review.
The person who dealt with me seemed friendly and explained the details well. He was happy for me to clarify if I wasn't sure of his responses. The services offered were clear, I just need to know if anything happened and I needed to claim, they would be as transparent as I was when I applied. That is all.
