Excellent service in advising on a new policy
Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I felt that my requirements were the priority in looking for the right policy for me, and the representative was polite and had excellent product knowledge, without speaking in a way that could confuse me. He was patient and repeated a couple of points when I needed extra clarification.

Too much talking
I have just bought a policy through lifesearch. I have no problems with the agents but the process is what i never want to do again. It would have been more prefarable that they discuss what i needed and sent me a form to complete but instead i was forced to be on the phone for more than an hour answering questions i could have just answered using a form at my own convenience. This particular thing is the reason is what i would consider as a priority when dealing with a broker. If you cannot send me the forms, then im not interested. Those long phone calls is the reason I’m scoring down. If you don't mind those long phone calls answering trivial questions, then i totally recommend.

We appreciate that phone calls are not everyone's preferred way of arranging insurance. However, the questions we ask are largely determined by the insurers we work with and help us identify the most suitable provider and product for your circumstances.
A key benefit of speaking with one of our advisers is that we complete this process with you in real time. As answers are provided, the insurer offering the best acceptance terms or most competitive pricing can often change.
It's also worth noting that not all insurers we work with offer customers the ability to complete an application online when engaging in an advised journey.
While we appreciate that completing a form independently may feel more convenient, discussing your circumstances live helps ensure all relevant information is captured accurately, gives customers the opportunity to ask questions as they arise, and allows our advisers to tailor their recommendations based on the information provided.
