Deceptive business practices
Deceptive business practices. In the ordering process it is not clear that you need to select the version in another area. Then you are sent an email saying if you need the Mac version, just reply to this email. The solution is to leave a positive review in order to get the product key for Mac instead of Windows. No thanks. You got my money. Hopefully this review helps a future customer.

Downloaded the wrong version of MS…
Downloaded the wrong version of MS Office, via Groupon. I emailed the vendor to switch versions and they were extremely quick to reply with sending me the correct version. I’ve had friends use Groupon for software and they’ve always had a great experience.

I ordered a Microsoft package and I accidentally purchased it for Windows instead of Mac. They were very helpful and responded quickly. They also said they would exchange it for me with no additional cost. Great customer service.

Windows 11 Pro Digital Key
License Tom is a great place for software product licenses. I bought a digital key for Win11 Pro, and it worked flawlessly. No issues at all.
