I purchased the Microsoft Office package a couple of years ago on Groupon for my kids' computers - the product worked as expected and was a great price. Customer service was fantastic helping them getting up and running and with questions they had. Would definitely recommend!

David was great to work with. I bought my license back in April, used Excel once and didn't need Office again until a few days ago. I went to Office to open Word and I got a message stating I needed a valid key. To make a long story short. David worked with me till we got it up and working again. Great customer service.

So, I buy MS Office 2024 at a steal from Groupon. I need to activate the code. Works great, all is well for about three or four weeks, then it says it was not purchased for institutional or corporate use and needs a new product key. First thing I think, scam.
I was instructed to contact license Tom, absolutely blown away at the lightning quick response time, ability to provide a new product key and make my purchase work again. I was very skeptical, they absolutely exceeded expectations. No worries at all thanks to their team.
