I have purchased 3 licenses from License Tom. All 3 were Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 lifetime version. I could not be happier with these guys. First off the price is unbelievable. Believe it. It's real and the license activates and it's 100% legit. 2nd I can be a knucklehead sometimes when it comes to installing stuff like this. The instructions they give are clear, concise and easy to understand. 3rd when i have run into any kind of issue they have answered in a FLASH. Mind you the problems were me not the program or the support team.

All in all i cannot recommend this company and their products enough. If there was 10 stars they would get 10. Buy now and thank me later for steering you in the right direction.

License Tom offers a good selection of software at competitive prices, and the digital delivery is indeed convenient. However, my experience was mixed. After making the purchase, I had to wait longer than expected to receive the license, and the response from customer support wasn't immediate. The issue was eventually resolved, but I would have appreciated faster communication and greater transparency regarding order fulfillment times. Overall, the service works well, but there is room for improvement.

Bought MS 2024. Received the product key very quick. even though I decided to return the laptop and get another one. License Tome is willing to work with me and send me the new key for the new laptop. They are very helpful.

I’m able to prepare and save all types of documents and the software was easy to install.

Bought MS Office professional thru' Groupon. After using it for a while, it said the license was invalid. I contacted License Tom Support Team. Resolved within minutes! THANK YOU!!

You can't ask for more quick or helpful customer service. David on the support team answered me almost immediately. I bought their MS office product code on groupon for a steal last year. My computer died and I couldn't find my code to put on the new computer. Come to find out, the code is only good for ONE computer, yet David allowed me to get a new code for FREE. Who ever even heard of FREE these days?! I am most appreciative and I highly recommend this company.

I lost my subscription to my Office 24, David at License Tom.com worked with me for about 3 days to finally get it back up and running. This man has the patience of Jobe!!!! always cool, calm and collected. He worked with me a novice to restore the software back to normal. The Microsoft Office 2024 licence I bought via Groupon is legitimate. It was easy to download and install. For use for the lifetime of the computer, the price was excellent - no need to renew and pay annually. Just be aware that the licence cannot be transferred to another computer or reloaded after the computer has been upgraded or repaired with new parts. Customer support’s David was patient and thorough. He provided assistance beyond just downloading the licence, such as how to transfer Outlook data files to my new computer. Thank you, David.

Apart from my confusion between Key #'s, etc., the support was excellent and the professional/friendly way my solution was stated gave me confidence that I could finally get the product installed. I would advise those who purchase products supported by "Tom", not to worry. They will help you resolve you issue to a favorable conclusion.

I have purchased numerous programs and have been exceedingly happy with all of them. The ease of installation is great. When I have had an issue, it was quickly resolved.

Response to my purchase for Anti-virus tech package was immediate. Instructions were clear and concise.
Although I did not require tech support this time, it was comforting to know they were just an email/call away. Dave followed up to see if everything went well with the installation.
