This company steals money from people. If they take the payment from you, make sure you have proof and contact your bank.

I received a letter from them and believed it to be truthful so went ahead onto the website and paid £175.50 for a licence.

I have since contacted “tv licence plus” and they have insisted they will give me a full refund.

Stealing waste of space.

*update* they have now refunded me after constantly chasing them for nearly 3 weeks and them having multiple “technical issues”. Stay well away from licence plus

I too was caught out by these fraudsters trying to make money from people in a hurry and old fools like me who don't realise they are not on the official TV Licensing site. So easy to get caught out when this scam site appears at the top of the list when you use a search engine on the net. DO NOT USE THEM! Go to the official TV Licensing site, don't line the pockets of Licenseplus. I got my money back eventually, after a long wait, but the stress of the whole thing made me ill.

Not processed refund!!

Avoid at all cost. If i wanted to buy a car I wouldn't go to my local butchers so why would I use an other company to give me my tv licence other than the offical one. Unfortunately my wife was caught out as this comes up as the top listing on the Google search engine. Once I found out she had been charged 16.50 to change details I knew something was not right. Have got are refund will use the offical site.

Fraud fraud fraud - criminals !

TOTAL SCAM! Said the licence will arrive in 30 days and didn't. I've had to cancel my bank card and have reported the company to the fraud department.

Entered my bank details but didn’t go further when I see they charge £16 admin fee for changing address! This site is not the real tv license site, they pretend tv license site and scam people!

How are these sites allowed to operate? Google and other search engines should check before they let them advertise. My brother was duped by the false passport renewal site and I was nearly duped by this one

Scam website, took £175 for licence that never arrived and then when I tried to ring the telephone number didn’t work and on the online chat they insisted I provided personal details for them to locate the account!! DO NOT USE!

I made a payment of £ 170 pounds since October 2019 for my tv licence. Now I have just got a letter that a visit has been arranged to my house. This is too bad..

Nearly got scammed by this thieving site. They wanted £16 to change my TV licence address.
The TV Licencing Authority charges nothing

Scam Site Beware. I got caught out by this scam site charging £16.50 to change address on TV Licence. I have reported them to Sussex trading standards. They pretend to be TV licencing but charge for what is a free service.

Absolute Scam!!!
Colleague of mine was about to pay to change his address and i said you don't need to (done mine a few months ago) and he was confused. Had a look and he was on licenceplus website instead of tvlicensing which is the official website and they do not charge at all to change details. They also charge you over £25 a month for a new license when the BBC charge you about £12. Nothing but a rip off website

Absolute scam, they pretend to be TV licensing and ask for your bank details for "verification", untrue they want your bank details to charge you for something you can do FREE via the REAL TV licensing web site. I put all my details in up to the point they wanted to change me then the alarm bells rang. I did not confirm payment so hopefully will not be charged.

This came up first when googling TV licensing. Google please do not support scammers and rip off merchants!!!

Licence plus took our money nearly two months ago, sent a confirmation email (so we thought we had a licence) but then never actioned our licence! I only realised when the REAL TV licence people sent a you don't have a licence letter. I have asked for a refund. I'd better get it. Don't trust this company.

Utter criminals ! I believed them to be the official tv licence providers..I have a memory problem and they took advantage of me ....they have blocked my contact details and have £169 which they wont refund so it's the police now!
