I order the bras
I immediately contacted them to report they didn't work out
They refuse to give me a phone number to contact them
Then I asked for a return address
They couldn't find me in there system.
Then I had to send them the label info which I didn't have at hand. I had to search for it and was told since I didn't have it they can refund me 2 dollars. It's a joke
I sent them the codes and now they only want to refund me 8 dollars
This is not a company.
This is someone working from there garage acting big but are just scammers and rude
Their website says full refund and they are refusing

Bought 3 bras. Mind you, I am 5’4, 125 pounds. Never would I ever order a 2XL bra. That is what they sent. Said that is what I ordered. In actuality, what I ordered was a 34D to try. Not sure what world that equates to a 2XL

The bras I ordered in August(1184953328412) did not arrive until September and did not fit at all. I sent pictures of how much smaller they were vs. a regular size large. I want to return the items, but I don't have the original order slip and the items did not come in a box. Last contact was 9/19/24. Still waiting for a response. Should I simply put the bras, unused, into a mailer and return for a refund?

This business is a scam!!! Do not trust them - they sold me an item which immediately broke on first use, and they are refusing to process any kind of refund or solution. They are just refusing, and having read lots of other reviews they sell fake, inaccurate, and faulty products regularly. DO NOT TRUST

Fraud! Don’t buy from this company. I bought bras from this company they didn’t fit. I contacted this company to give me information to return the item. They told me to see if I could give them to someone else. ( Uh!) I said I would like to return them. They told me to send them pictures of the items with the QR codes and shipping labels and I did. Then they wrote back and said we will give you 3USD for them.(WHAT!) They said I would have to pay for shipping. I asked again for the information to ship it back and to give me my money back. Upon that they said it cost too much to ship to China. So then they offered me 5USD for items that I payed $45 for. (WHAT!) Don’t buy from this company! Fraud!

I received the bra I ordered and it is no where near the right size. Both the cups and the band are too tight. This wasn't in a US size, justlabeled as large

I ordered color changing foundation for $19.00 plus shipping came to $26 something. Does not change color or minimalize pores, like its states. Its basically a moisturizer. A cheap one at that, made me break out and I'm over 50. I contacted customer service they offered me $2.00 I said no so they offered me $4.00 I said no asked for a return shipping label and a refund. They responded sorry we can't come to an agreement. Don't buy from them. It's not worth it.

Bought the white changing foundation. It is junk smelly and is a scam

This company is disgraceful!
I ordered some colour change foundation for $6.95 AUD. I made sure i clicked on the AUD button . Anyway went thru checkout only to find that my bank account had been charge in US$ and overcharged at that ! 25.83US$ . Reported it to pay pal 4 times and each time they ruled in favour of the seller! I am disgusted with both companies .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

I ordered a bra sized XXL I just received today it’s came in 5XL wow it’s big 3XL is okay not 5XL the bra is really nice I wish I got the right size

Ordered dog whiting product,it was (buy 1 get 1) buy( 2 get 2,) I did the 2 ,total was $18.49 ,they charged my account $22.18 and never sent product, I've dispute it, never ordering again from this company, it says its in Romania ? Not legal to over charge account, bad company

Size chart is wrong. Got them and too small. Tried to get refund for right size. The say there is a return sque on inside of package bag but nothing there. Now have 3 bras that I can’t wear. Spent 37.00 for nothing 😡

Bras I bought were nothing like advertised. I ordered a specific size and they came back as a std 4XL, but were not even that big. Strap did not even go around my back let alone support or cup my breast. Tried to get a refund but offered $3 then $5 then $7. Complained through Paypal and was then offered $10!
I paid over $60AUD Ridiculous company. . .stay away

Purchased 2 hummingbird feeders. Holes too big to not allow too much evaporation. Emailed company for return address which resulted in multiple emails where they refused to give the return address but kept offering $4,$6,$10,$12 compensation. I just wanted to calc the return shipping myself but they stubbornly refused to give the return address which is overseas obviously in China. Horrible pain to return and they want to wear you down. Their return policy is so nicely worded and easy. It's a lie.

I had 2 other orders which I received fine. My husband passed away from Cancer in February. We saw the letter banks. Since my husband saved a bit of change we thought great- grandchildren could split it. We did not get the P we ordered. they want us to take 11 dollars instead of sending us a P. We can't give the other kids theirs and leave out 1. have not given me address to send them all back; are very good at blaming me for not having a cell phone to take pictures and only wanting to take partial refund when to me they could simply send me the P I paid for.

I bought the wrong size and I'm trying to get them to either exchange or refund my money. All they want to do is give me $14 back. Because they say it costs more to send them back, but it's supposed to be guaranteed. Don't buy them.

Sizing is way off. Ordered a swimsuit in Medium, Supposedly fits to 34c cup. The band size is off its actually 36 in and the cup size is so small that it barely fits a B cup. On a 20.00 swim suit they offered a refund of $4.00 US. Their money back no questions asked is a bald faced lie. Don't waste your money.

Bras did not match sizing chart. As soon as I saw them I could tell the cup size was tiny compared to the sizing chart. They will not refund or exchange. I will definitely not order from them again. They started offering $2 USD dollars then finally $7USD dollars as compensation and good will.
