Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Stay Away from Libertyzeay!

I ordered an item from Libertyzeay that was advertised for only $19 US Instead, I was charged an extra $25 US and to make things worse, they sent me the wrong product! They refused when I reached out for a refund or the correct item, offering me only $6 back. This is entirely unacceptable and feels like a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs - they don’t care about their customers or deliver on their promises. I would report them if I could. Don’t waste your money!

After 7 times sending the email and submitting the picture of the wrong products here is your response: We are so Sorry for that.
How about refunding you 6US$?
That's the best we can do for you.
Hope you can accept it.
Please advise.

Your offer of a 6 USD refund is unacceptable and laughable. This amount does not reasonably compensate for the product's issues, and I am left feeling that your business practices are not transparent. I am requesting a minimum refund of 50% of the original payment; otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter through legal channels.

Rip off !

Don’t walk, run from this company!
They have misrepresented the prices, no we’re on their website does it say USD.
I was charged near double of what it should have been ! I contacted them the same day I ordered to cancel, they said it was to late.
I have sent a number of emails and they still refuse to refund the difference from USD to AUD. They are now not replying
absolutely rip off!
I noticed today they have now listed everything in AUD to cover themselves,

After I sent this :

Failure to specify currency can be deceptive conduct and a $15 million fine. A court decision in 2023 serves as a pointed warning to businesses they are open to massive fines if they fail to specify which currency is displayed in their online prices.

Too late, I screenshot the whole website

After getting the reply , I await my refund. I will keep updating my review to reflect your response.

Just received a refund of $10.01 they over charged me by $25.97 AUD, this is truly unbelievable.
I have reported them, I hope everyone who has been ripped off by this company will do the same.

Ripped Off

Purchase in the belief that it was in AUD not US Purchase price was $24.37 yet I was charged $48.40.
Very dishonest not confirming USD before purchase.
Would strongly avoid buying from this Company

Magnetic chess game

I ordered two games from this company today. The order (and receipt) clearly stated the price was $49.66 AUD total, but $90.82 was taken out of my account. When I got back on the website to get in contact, the only form of contact is an email to their customer service. I emailed them explaining the issue and have heard absolutely nothing back from them. Very disappointed!

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! You can get the same items on Amazon!! Long wait for items. Comes from Poland. I bought 2 screen protectors and only received one. Went back and forth and did not want to ship the other one. Practically calling me a liar. Buyer Beware!

Scored a fantastic deal on this mascara. Absolutely love how it boosts lash length and curl without any clumping. The sleek packaging is a win, feeling more premium than the actual cost suggests. Will likely repurchase when needed.

I ordered bras and used the sizing…

I ordered bras and used the sizing recommended on the web site. The bra didn’t fit. Theunderbreast band was too large and the cup was too small. I was offered $3 return value on the unopened bras. I had paid $42 for 3 bras. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because they shipped the size I ordered. Major rip off if I’d ordered the same bra thru Amazon I would have gotten a full refund.
They replied on this site for me to contact their customer service 😂 I already had! That’s who offered me $3!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible! I ordered a contour stick in the beginning of October . Still have not received it and no one is customer service will respond . They didn’t give me an accurate tracking number . Don’t waste your time or money . I’ll be filing a claim with my bank

Despite numerous emails a resolve for…

Despite numerous emails a resolve for my issue has not been forthcoming and my emails are now going unanswered.

My item had not been delivered I have been given two tracking numbers one of which advises it has been delivered (which it hasn’t) and the other which advises that it was sitting in another part of the country until after I started complaining and suddenly it was updated as delivered dated one month after the other tracking number stated it it had already been delivered! Stay away from this company the customer service is horrendous and i am now out of pocket despite of requesting numerous times for a refund!

And the response is the same automatic response I have received before … put your money where you mouth is Ryan and pay my refund please!!!

Update 8th November … still NO response they are now completely ghosting me and have not responded. Be extremely cautious with this company … in fact DO NOT waste your money like I have!

I found this mascara to be a good…

I found this mascara to be a good addition to my makeup routine. It lengthens and curls wonderfully without clumping. However, the price feels a bit steep for the amount offered. A better brush might enhance application.

Shocking

Item was not sent for 11 days. Told them to cancel order and then amazingly item sent the very next day, despite them telling me for four days that it had already been sent but could not provide me a tracking number. Now they refuse to cancel because item has been sent … but the day after I told them to cancel and 15 days after I placed the order. Dispute lodged with PayPal. Fundamentally dishonest company.

I can’t believe i got scammed!!

I can’t believe i got scammed!!! I saw the ad on Facebook. Went to the website, clicked the stitch gun and for whatever reason at checkout I didn’t see any product but proceeded to pay it ($16). When I received confirmation, it automatically just changed into a different product (magnetic leather bookmark) which I never even searche, I don’t even know this product. What’s worse they sent another email charging USD19.42!!!! Scammers!!!! I emailed the “support” email which apparently does not exist!!!! Never replied despite follow ups and 5 emails. They even have “support” chat in their website that doesn’t reply too!!!!!

A company that I have asked for refund on my good and have tried to negotiate with me from $2 US dollars to $7 UA dollars
Appalling !!!!!!
Disgraceful
Never ever buy from them
I told them to return my bras as they are too small and they told me to give to someone who might want them 🤦‍♀️
And this is all they can reinburst

Please don’t buy they are disgraceful

By the way the manager replied and he offered me $2 US dollars as good will 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I ordered 2 bra's on August 18th and I have yet to receive them. They tell me they were delivered but they weren't, atleast not to my address. They will not refund me either!!!
UPDATE: THEY SAY TO CONTACT THEM BUT I STILL GET THE SAME ANSWER THAT IT WAS DELIVERED!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS OBVIOUSLY!! LESSON LEARNED

I ordered the stitch-fix clothing gun…

I ordered the stitch-fix clothing gun and never received the item. I ordered it in the beginning of July. I was able to keep up with tracking and then on August 5ht tracking stopped it was last tracked in Daven Port. I reached out and the support team said this; "We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. If you still want the product, we can resend your order,
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Will that be acceptable?" This is not acceptable for me because I paid for the item and shipping but due to poor product service delivery choices, I am now left with the cost of all of the above and no item. Please never order from them this is a scam. I can't get a refund and I never got my item.
