item not delivered, but an email stated it had been delivered..when checked with USPS thet had no record of item having been delivered and tracking # given was not a valid USPS tracking , given to me by this company...I've been scamed ????

I ordered a QR code hoodie for a friend for Christmas. I ordered on 12/3. I kept asking how long this was going to take to arrive to be given bullshit tracking. This went on until this morning and I checked my email and it said it was delivered. Really almost 2 months?! Go check my mailbox and all that was in there was this small package that contained a gold bracelet that was actually shipped from a place called Geathers Fotty 3646 S Walcott Ave Chicago Il. The bracelet is ugly and has all these Roman numeral numbers with pieces of what is supposed to be gold. I’m furious!

-1000 stars. I ordered 6 sweatshirts for family for a Christmas vacation. They were ordered 12-6-24. The trip was 12-27-24. They did not arrive for the trip. I reached out to customer service, and told them that the tracking number showed that the delivery had stalled. They emailed back and said they were delivered the previous week. When I checked the tracking info again it now showed delivered and picked up at the post office on 1-10-25 at 2:30pm. I would not have been able to pick up at that time as I was at work 45 minutes away. I reached out a second third and fourth time and was only met with a response to check the post office, look in the bushes near my home, and ask the neighbors. I did go by the post office, and was told that the tracking number was not one that would have been delivered to the post office. I went by the FedEx drop location in town to inquire there too. They said the tracking number did not match their system either. Customer Service is not helpful. They would have shipping insurance if they were a legit company and would just resend the items. I think it is a scam company and the tracking info is fake. I’ll likely never see the money or hoodies.

Placed an order in November 2024,its now January 2025 and no delivery. Tracking details show delivery stalled on 15/12/2024 and has not been updated since. Expected delivery date shows as Unknown. No response to 3 emails to the support email address.
Very poor customer experience- if I could give no stars I would!!! DO NOT order from this website!!!

Omg. just waited almost 40 days for qr code hoodie. ordered a 4 x size bigger then i am. and it fits like a freaking 2x. Put it on and the front pouch ripped, on the right side. JUST GOT IT IN THE MAIL, AND THE FRONT QR WORKS BUT THE BACK SOMETIMES DOES. OMG!

Cheap sweatshirts and horrible quality. Graphics were coming off of the sweatshirts right out of the package. Would not ever buy anything from them again. Poor customer service! Only wanted to give me a few dollars back for poor workmanship! Do not buy from them!!!

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me so I can return these bras It's been months now

I had ordered My sweatshirt 12/8/2024 I had asked to cancel it being I did not receive it as expected and was told I would Christmas came and went .

You had a hard time also with tracking and then I got an update email FINALLY 12/23 IT was in the united state in Customs.

I GET MAIL FROM All over the United States Even Italy for Christmas and still not this package.
THE NEW UPDATE 1/4 says that
it's In Manchester and has been there since and today is 1/9/2025 Still in Manchester no Update still the 1/4

THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE BOTH ON THE TRANSIT AND YOUR COMPANY AS I look back at others that have had the same issue as I AM.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! I purchased 2 hoodies that were never delivered!! Despite many emails, requests for reimbursement, and contacting the better business bureau!! A fraudulent company who takes peoples money and never follows through!!

I ordered a size XLG sweatshirt in October for my husband for Christmas. I received a pkg 3 days after Christmas. It was described as a "sweatshirt" I don't realize that could be thick or thin, could be cotton and nice or could have a mixture of cotton and polyester which often pills, but at $30 I expected it to atleast be half way decent. What I received was junk material, like often comes from Temu for $6.99. The XLG was a child size XLG not a 38-42 adult. I contacted customer support as they say returns are welcome if you are not satisfied. Upon receiving said item, I found that returns are at buyers cost! After 6 emails, they offered me $3!!! This company is nothing more than a very expensive SHEIN or TEMU equivalent

Awful! I purchased the QR code hoodie for my son n law for Christmas. I was told it would arrive by Christmas, I ordered it on Dec 13. I just received it today! It looks like a hoodie ordered from SHEIN, actually I won’t even do SHEIN like that bc this is so much worse. It’s a polyester fabric, like shiny, thin athletic wear. It is supposed to be a X-Large, it looks like a small, maybe medium. The QR code does not scan at all. There are 2 on the hoodie & neither of them scan. The company is suppose to be in New Mexico, it’s suppose to ship from New Mexico which is why I believed them when they said it would be here on time. They do not ship from New Mexico, they shipped from Italy! And last but not least, my total for my order was $26.38. But they charged me $38.62. I emailed them, they ignored it. I contacted my bank with proof & they approved my dispute, putting the difference only back in my account. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. They are deceitful & untrustworthy on top of selling horrible quality products.

I ordered a tankless tummy control top It arrived super baggy no tummy control whatsoever I emailed the company after it took over a month to get here and they're not doing anything about it It's all a scam Do not order from this company!

I ordered the F You hoodie in a 5X. It is as big as my 3X hoodie, and when I scanned the QR code on the front and back, nothing happened. Knew it was an optimistic 50/50 shot when ordering off facebook.

I ordered a product that was intended to be a Christmas present. I ordered it on 11/22/2024. The package has been sitting in the same place FOR 10 DAYS. I have sent 14 emails, and have received a couple of useless replies. THIS COMPANY SUCKS, ITS SHIPPING SUCKS, AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

I ordered the magnetic chess game. It took forever to arrive, but it didn't matter as it was meant for a Christmas present. However it did arrive, in plenty of time, and it was exactly as I expected. And considering it was coming from USA, I guess the postage time wasn't all that bad. So no complaints really. I guess, like most other sites like this, you just have to be careful what you order. They probably have just as much junk as they do good stuff.

I ordered a shirt for Christmas November 23. It should certainly have been here by Christmas Eve…. IT WAS NOT! I contacted support, they told me to “be patient and keep waiting”. When I check the tracking it showed it came from Spain and was in San Jose, on 12/22. The shipment has not been updates since…still in San Jose. When I checked the tracking on PayPal it shows it was not shipped until 12/25 from CHINA! This was a Christmas gift needed for 12/24 and the recipient is still waiting for their gift. UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!

I saw an ad on Facebook for their body shaper, it looked very promising so I ordered it, worst order ever! Not only did it take a while but it did not do what it showed on the ad, the material does not body shape at all, just hangs loose and I even ordered correct size according to measurements. When I tried to return it to get my money back all they said was if $2 would be good enough, when I paid over 20 dollars for it! Do not order from this company, it is a scam!

Ordered on Nov 11th.. emailed them for and update and they sent me a tracking number but it’s all in Chinese 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️
Will be calling my credit card company and marking them as fraudulent!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

6 weeks waiting for order, followed up to be told they have posted another and should be there in a couple of days?! I have requested a refund so will see how that goes. Not happy so far, luckily it wasnt a main pressie just a stocking filler! Wont be shopping here again.
