No da la calidad que esperas

No es capaz de reconocer bien lo que le dices, es muy lenta interpretandolo y a veces no registra el avance realizado.
Es muy mala herramienta para aprender, llevo 4 días con ella y ya estoy arrepentido de haber pagado por ella.
El servicio de atención ha sido rápido y efectivo tramitando la devolución. Ningún problema para hacerlo. Se agradece.

The worst experience

The worst experience. Everything is slow propably this is the reason why they don't give you a chance to try it .. probably after trial period nobody will pay for it. A lot of ADS about it but quality is under expectations.Refund is hard to obtain or probably is impossible.

No estoy satisfecha en absoluto con esta aplicación: No ofrece ningún feedback para corregir errores gramaticales o de vocabulario, y cuando estás realizando un ejercicio de conversación de repente se interrumpe y meten una encuesta de satisfacción en medio, a la cual, por supuesto respondo con una muy baja puntuación. La idea es muy buena, pero no está apta para la venta. Deberían revisarla mucho mejor. Yo quiero que me devuelvan el dinero.

Having to pay to check the app.

This has the longest boarding flow I have ever seen. Some 30 questions. And in the end you have to pay to just check the app? I don't know about their true intention, of course, but this flow reminded me of Sunk Cost Fallacy and I didn't like it. 2/5 for the boarding flow. Can't say anything about the course itself.

I want to participate in one lesson to find out What is LeyaAI. But there isn't any opportunity. The only way to practice is to purchase at least one-month tutor. Then if you will not like the first lesson, you will apply for a refund, etc problems. I don't need such a challenge. This approach of earning many makes a big doubt about this project/

Update my review about Leya: bought this application and it is…

I bought this application and it is totally useless. Its microphone does not work. It doesn't hear you. I wrote to the support team but they told me what I actually checked and it was in order. I wrote a second time but they did not reply to me. I asked for my money back but they didn't. I don't use the app., I gave up because it is really frustrating.
Update on 6th Dec. 2023:The company saw my review and the support team contacted me. They wrote that they understood that sometimes the Leya system may not work for every computer for technical reasons and they said they would give a refund. They did. Thank you.
