Lexon Design Omdömen 

Im Dezember 2025 habe ich eine Ballon Dog-Lampe von Jeff Koons bestellt, die als Weihnachtsgeschenk geplant war. Schon kurz nach der Bestellung erhielt ich den Hinweis, das mit einer Lieferung vor Weihnachten nicht zu rechnen ist mit einer Anlage, die einen Geschenkgutschein enthielt. Danach Totenstille!! Auf meine Nachfragen im neuen Jahr erhielt ich immer wieder vorgefertigte vertröstende Antworten. Erst Anfang März, nach Androhung eines Verfahrens durch einen Rechtsanwalt erhielt ich durch den angeblichen Lieferanten Hermes (der mieseste Lieferdienst in Deutschland) zwei Liefertermine am 5. und 6. März, an denen kein Fahrer auftauchte. Einen angeblichen Lieferversuch am 7.3. können wir durch unsere Hauskamera widerlegen.
Am 9.3. dann die Meldung von Hermes, sie hätten das Paket gar nicht, es wäre auf dem Weg zurück zu Lexon. Erst nach Festsetzung einer letzten Frist kam die Lampe dann am 25.3 mit dem Angebot von 5% Rabatt bei uns an. Aber selbst der Rabattbetrag wurde von Lexon falsch berechnet, da sie 35,00 Euro überwiesen und nicht 37,50 Euro. Ich kann nur raten: Finger weg von dieser Firma, die Begriffe wie Kundenzuwendung, Verlässlichkeit oder saubere Information nicht kennen!

I ordered the Lexon X Jeff Koons Balloon Dog Lamp not at the international website but at the France website, I cannot select my home country for delivery address. Lexon support team has given me the peace of mind by reviewing the details of my order and helped me to correct my delivery address. It's not simply a purchasing experience but it's an excellent customer experience that the Lexon support team has truly treats their customers well, care for what they care. Well done, Lexon support team!

I purchased a lamp at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, expecting it to arrive on time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The product ended up arriving almost three months later, long after Christmas, making it completely useless as a gift. What made things worse was the lack of communication throughout the entire process. I only received any updates or tracking information after sending multiple emails, and only when I insisted quite strongly.
There was no proactive communication, no proper follow-up, and absolutely no compensation or gesture of goodwill for such a significant delay.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering if you expect reliable delivery times or decent customer service.

I bought the Balloon Dog lamp. Super easy order, shipped on time and love the product. Customer service is also awesome. I dm'd the Lexon team on Instagram with a question about using the lamp while plugged in and they replied almost immediately. Lamp is beautifully made and feels collectible like fun, fine art at a more accessible price.

As for Lexon, there’s little more to say: their work is impeccable.

I placed my order during the summer and, although the wait has been quite long, I’ve been able to follow the entire creation process with great anticipation, which made the experience even more special.

The final result is magnificent: an exceptional piece with outstanding craftsmanship and a truly sublime aesthetic. Without a doubt, a true design icon.

In my case, I purchased the lamp version, and I find it absolutely beautiful. The LED light effects are original, elegant, and adjustable, adding a very appealing extra touch.

I bought a balloon dog lamp from Lexon, which I got in February. I absolutely love it! It is a functional piece of art in my living room. Many setting to create different moods. I really is cool!

I absolutely love my balloon dog by Lexington design. I get compliments it every time someone sees it and it is such a cool vibe. The various settings are fun to play with and you can change the setting with the mood of the house. It’s absolutely gorgeous and worth it! I highly recommend.

The Balloon Dog Lamp was the perfect holiday gift for myself as I received it 2 days before Christmas. Opening that package was a delight in itself as it revealed layers of surprises from the box to the certification, down to the actual item itself. It was well-packed and well-presented. And the lamp itself was a dream. Holding it felt like it was going to be a lamp for keeps. And as soon as I turned it on, the magic happened. The different light options seemed endless and could lift anyone’s mood any given time of the day. It is really worth every penny.

And can I tell you how the great the customer service was. Shout out to Annabel who promptly and patiently responded to all my querries, from taxation, payment mishaps to actual delivery. It made me feel confident that everything will be ok up until I get the package. And more than ok it was☺️

Magnifiques lampes ballon dog que nous avons synchronisées et qui sont une vraie urge forte dans notre décoration de notre intérieur. Nous avons déjà des produits Lexon dont nous sommes fan (les lampes Mina sous tous les formats). J’adore l’artiste Jeff Koons donc une évidence de prendre ces pépites !

What I like most about Lexon designs is how they balance simple, refined style with durability. Many of their pieces-especially dinnerware and glassware- look sophisticated but are still practical for everyday use, often being dishwasher-safe and sturdy porcelain. I’m obsessed and get so many comments on this decor!

Et je suis complètement sous le charme de ma lampe qui est superbe 🥰
Les livraisons ont été effectués en retard mais l essentiel est que ce soit réglé

Had some communication issues (as a result of some bad timing), which I’ve had a thorough explanation and apology for. When I eventually received the item it was beautifully packaged and delivered quickly. The title is self is breathtaking. Incredible well crafted, beautifully designed and quite frankly, stunning. Particularly shout out to Annabel from the social media team who was a hero frankly, and a real credit to the LEXON brand. Professional, polite and did her best to assist me with my initial issues. Very grateful for her assistance - and am besotted with this stunning piece of art. The quality shows from every angle.

Paul's customer service at Lexon Design is first class. He was kind, informative and engaging. He took time to listen to my comments and immediately fixed my problem. I was setting the clock wrongly and Paul assisted me to set it correctly. It is rare these days for companies to care about their customers but Lexon Design are obviously a step above others. They care about their customers and that care is reflected in the top class quality of their goods.

Malgré le retard de livraison, je valide à 100% la balloon dog lamp, très belle et de super qualité. Merci à Annabel au service client qui a été efficace et très réactive.

Ein wirklich hervorragender Support Service. Sehr freundlich, absolut entgegenkommend. Und in der Lage eine sehr gute Lösung zu finden. Ich bin mit dieser Firma sehr zufrieden und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders begeistert war ich von dem freundlichen Personal. Achat Mino T. Quelques mois après, le ressort du mousqueton s’est fragilisé ou cassé. J’ai contacté par mail Lexon pour expliquer le problème. Il a suffit de 2,3 mails et quelques photos ou vidéo, pour qu’on me propose le remplacement de ma Mino défectueuse (sans retour de celle-ci). Politique audacieuse et service client excellents. J’approuve totalement

On continue dans la lancée avec ce qui aurait pu être la plus belle collaboration de Lexon avec le talentueux designer Jeff Koons. Commande passée en Décembre 2025 pour une livraison garantie en Janvier 2026. Ça se comprend. 750€ pour ce bel objet. En vacances à la montagne fin février je reçois enfin la confirmation de livraison de l’objet par le transporteur FedEx. Je demande à le faire livrer en point relais au carrefour près de chez moi. FedEx me confirme la livraison. À mon retour de vacances je passe au point relais. PAS DE COLIS REÇU… j’ouvre une réclamation auprès du transporteur. Après vérification ils ne trouvent pas mon colis et me redirige vers le support LEXON. Je recontacte cette Louise du support qui avait été très aimable lors de mes premiers échanges avec le support Lexon lorsque je commençais à m’inquiéter de ne pas avoir de nouvelles de la livraison de mon achat. Depuis aucune nouvelle… le support ne répond plus. Pas de confirmation de leur part que des investigations sont menées avec le transporteur FedEx. J’ai perdu 750 euros. L’affaire part en justice….
