Can not get a response to return an item. The advertising for this item was deceiving. The phone number is always busy signal and have sent multiple emails.Buyer beware.

Customer service is deplorable. Shoes do not fit. Requested a photo. I sent one; the shoes are like new. Never heard another word. Buyer beware: bad, bad, bad customer service; they do not stand behind their products.

Their address on website showing UK office and shipping from China horrible products. The phone number listed on website is also not working. warehouse address on the website it’s not real warehouse.

It’s impossible to return shoes. Sizing was too small.

Ordered us size 15 for my husband. The shoes looked good but they were about 2 inches to short. The company responded and asked for further info, which I sent right away. They have stopped communicating with me. Thats alot of money to just chuck to the wind

Order # LE5128. It wasn’t clear the item was shipping from China. They just said it would ship same day. The suit jacket showed up 2 weeks late so I had to buy another jacket. On top of that the suit jacket didn’t look like the picture, was about a whole size too small and made of the cheapest material. Now when I want to return it they want me to pay for return shipping, “per their policy”. Don’t buy their Chinese crap and expect to get in anytime soon.

I received two separate orders and both of them had sizing that was incorrect and did not work for me. In addition the quality was very bad. I’ve submitted request to return and while I received an initial response, I am not getting a return label or any additional response. They have gone completely quiet on me. If I do not hear back by today, I will be reporting them to the Secretary of State and other consumer helps agencies.

Need to get a pair of shoes because the were too narrow. I reached out to return the shoes and I was told that I needed to take pictures of the shoes from different angles to prove they were not used. I did everything they asked and responded back to the the email. No response from customer service Anna. I tried multiple times to contact them. They finally responded after the 5th time and asked for the same pictures that I sent initially. I tried getting a response many times after and they ghosted me! Stay away from this shady business!! Stuck with shoes that do not fit and a really bad taste in my mouth we these people!

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. I placed an order on May 19 and, more than a month later, I still have not received my package. When I contacted customer service, I repeatedly received generic responses thanking me for my patience, but they never provided any meaningful update about the status of my order. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their website, but it appears to be invalid—the call disconnects immediately. For the past week and a half, I have been consistently requesting a refund via email. At first, I received responses, but eventually they stopped communicating altogether. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse the charge and refund my money.
The prices on this website may seem reasonable, but my experience suggests the company is not what it claims to be. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and failure to deliver the product have made this a very disappointing experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

I tell you what’s wrong with my experience I placed an order for a month now. All you guys have given me is the run around bogus order number bogus conformation number . But yet you took my money and I’m still waiting for my order. I think you guys are a scam. You can prove me wrong by giving me my refund for the order that you know you have no intention of fulfilling. It’s been a month now and still no order. You can provide me with a refund or send me the item that I ordered . No way should it have taken this long to process and shipped an item.

ordered a watch and after 2 days it stopped working.
i have contacted Lexian and followed the instructions they gave me on what they needed in order to make a decision on there next step, and i can't get anyone to reply back to me. So here i sit with a watch that that wont work.

The company phone is disconnected, the warehouse address is an abandoned house and they will not respond to email. It's a front company.

I ordered a pair of fleece lined cargo pants and after I ordered them read the reviews on lexian. I thought I would never see my money or cargo pants. I ordered them May 28th and they showed up June 8th great fit and just what I ordered. I was very surprised and very happy. Probably won't take a chance of buying from them again though :-)

I ordered 2 items, got a confirmation, and then heard nothing. After a week, and still no product, I emailed them. Got a response it was on the way. Again, another week and it finally showed it was on the way,,,,to Mainland China shipping . If I had known this was going to happen, I would have never ordered. Who knows when, and if, I'll get my product!

Took way too long to come in, material of pants were really cheap. And very complicated to make returns

I am trying to get a refund for a piece of junk sprinkler I bought. They have offeredme substitute merchandise. Here's what I've done in the past with crummy sellers in case someone else wants to try it. Send one email after another, incessantly, everday. (This is when I miss a fax machine. It was great being able to send one after another.) If you can get a number, keep calling it. If you can find a street address, write them daily. Do all you can to incovenience them. I tried the number they have on their site-it says it's disconnected. Avoid this company like it was ebola.
I looked them up using the DUNS in their site. I input the address and it comes up that they're out of business.
Google the address they claim is their return warehouse. It’s a small house.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF !! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ITEMS, THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND I HAVE EMAILED THEM 5 X S WITH NO RESPONSE. BEWARE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. NO WAY TO DO ZERO STARS BUT THAT IS THE RATING THEY DESERVE.

Well, I bought a biker jacket for Mother’s Day on about the 4th of May. It’s been more than a week without any package at my door. Every time I check it says that the “shipment information is received”. I also bought something for an extra 8.00 to ensure that the package would not be stolen or damaged. Besides it taking more than a week and I’m still waiting for the package to arrive, I emailed them to contact them but no one replied. I tried calling them, it says out of order. I’ve tried their chat box, but I am unable to click it for some strange reason. This whole thing seems like a scam: prove me otherwise. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. You need to give active updates on packages and have open and 24/7 availability for contact because this just isn’t working.

One star because zero is not an option. I ordered a men’s blazer from Lexians who advertised their US warehouse. I received the package weeks later from China but it was a women’s blazer. Contacted customer service with no answer. Emailed again and they offered 15% refund and I can keep the women’s blazer which does not fit a man… then they said I need to ship it back to china at my cost which is ridiculous. It looks like a credit card dispute is the only option. It looks like the result from these reviews. Maybe Visa will cut them off with enough charge backs. Anyway, avoid this company or plan to loose time and money.
