I submitted all the required info for the refund in the first day of the recall notification. It has now been over 4 weeks with no response other than blanket emails excusing why they haven't responded. In one month, they should have processed day one requests and beyond.
Company autoenrolled me in a subscription and charged me when I just did a single order to try their product. I reached out to cancel when they sent me an order confirmation. And hour after the confirmation email they shipped, they ignored my cancellation emailfor 3 days, and then said since I didnt cancel 24 hours prior to shipment. Predatory.

At first it was great! Now it seems to upset my stomach. Less than other brands. I was hoping to find one that didn't bother me at all.
The flavor is really good and I enjoy my daily drink.
I'm mixing 1 scope with about 20 ou of water.
They sold me a 2 month supply of salmonella infested live it up super greens and refuse to refund me my money even after submitting the recall forms. If I were to consume it when I received it prior to the recall notification I probably would have gotten extremely sick. Their customer service is atrocious and I will likely have to do a cc chargeback as they refuse to refund me

These guys are the WORST! I was a subscriber with multiple purchases. All my products were recalled (after I’d already gotten sick) for salmonella. I’ve jumped through multiple hoops for several weeks and still can’t even get an ESTIMATE for how long my refund might take. I truly hope this puts them out of business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...my LiveItUp subscription was one of the ones hit by their nationwide Salmonella recall. I immediately stopped the product, and they sent me an email on 1/15/2026 where I could get a refund or a replacement bag. I submitted a picture of my lot number (they required) on my bag along with expiration date, and was told I would get a refund. Well, that was 24 days ago! They STILL will not issue my refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and see I am not alone. LiveItUP has also deceptively removed the ability to leave a review on their website, however they leave up ALL of these AMAZING and GLOWING reviews of a product that has since been recalled due to salmonella poisoning.
UPDATE: as of this morning, 2/10/2026, LiveItUp has fully refunded my faulty product and honored my subscription cancellation.
I do understand that they most likely received a massive amount of inquiries, however in the future i would encourage them to dedicate more resources to communicating with clients and processing refunds sooner. Thank you

We purchased four bags of Live It Up Supergreens. After using one bag, they were all recalled for possible salmonella poisoning. The product tasted fine, but the poor customer service has me giving a one-star review. They do not respond to emails, and it's been several weeks since we did all the paperwork for the recall. I've tried to contact them through their contact page, but I get no response. I believe good customer service is more important than the products themselves. If you can't contact anyone, and they don't care enough to respond, then I prefer to take my business elsewhere.
Update a week later: After this poor review I left for Letsliveitup, I received an email from them. They apologized for my frustration and their lack of response. They had been overwhelmed by the recall response, which I understand. But it took a poor review to get their attention. They did refund our money, so I appreciate that. And I feel bad that their reputation is taking a hit due to the Salmonella recall issue. However, this proves that it takes the squeaky wheel to get attention.

I've cycled through my fair share of electrolyte powders over the years, LMNT, Liquid I.V., Nuun, and I honestly didn't expect much when I first tried Live It Up Vital Minerals at the start of 2026. But over the last month I've been pleasantly surprised and finally ready to share. Here's why:
The taste is unreal. Most hydration products fall into one of two camps: overly salty or artificially sweet. LMNT, for example, packs 1,000mg of sodium per serving, and no matter how much citrus flavoring they add, you can't escape that heavy salt hit. Liquid I.V. swings the other way with loads of added sugar. Vital Minerals somehow nails the balance, it's light and genuinely enjoyable to drink. The monk fruit and stevia blend gives it just enough sweetness without any of that chemical aftertaste you get from artificial sweeteners.
The ingredients are clean, like, actually clean. The formula is built around coconut water powder and sea salt as its electrolyte base, plus vitamin C (most brands skip this), calcium, sodium, and potassium.
Now let's talk price. This is where Live It Up really separates itself. A subscription brings the cost down to roughly $0.99 per serving. Compare that to LMNT at $1.30–$1.50 per serving, or Liquid I.V. at a similar price point but with a bunch of added sugar and questionable fillers. You're getting better ingredients, better taste, and a better price.
Bottom line: It's become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their hydration game without breaking the bank.
I tried the vital minerals recently and really like it. Tastes better than liquid iv and no sugars or additives. I hated how when I was dehydrated, every product I tried on the market also came with a bunch of BS - sugar, artificial sweetener...all crap I don't want in my body!

I started using Live It Up’s hydration packets a few months ago and have been loving them! I am a runner and drink electrolytes almost daily to supplement my hydration both during and outside of training and these have been great. I’ve tried a ton of electrolytes over the last few years and am loving the taste and natural ingredients! I’m usually a citrus fan but both flavors have been a hit.
The taste is great, definitely my new fav! Love that it’s all natural! 👏👏
Two words. All natural. Live It Up is one of the only brand's I know that has all natural ingredients, with not added sugar or synthetic additives. I care about my health, which is why I started using the product. I stayed with the brand because it tasted great! Good for you and doesn't taste bad? Sign. Me. Up.
Extremely disappointing experience with Live It Up Greens. Following the salmonella outbreak and FDA recall, I attempted to contact the company multiple times to request a refund. I have received no response.
A recall requires transparency and prompt customer support. The lack of communication here is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing again and have canceled my subscription.

Edit: after posting this here, my initially denied refund request was processed. I had ordered product during a time that they were selling a batch they eventually recalled. The recall was months later and I did not have the package still, because I threw it in the trash after it made me extremely gastrically ill.
I’m glad they made it right but I’m annoyed I had to publicly shame them about it.

Zero customer service regarding the recent Salmonella outbreak. They have no phone number or email address on the website, and the chat is disabled. Their idea of customer support is automated Ai responses.
A voluntary recall for Salmonella, and I have to fill out a form to get a refund? Really? Do better. Subscription cancelled.

I am beyond disappointed with Live it Up. The recent recall for possible Salmonella contamination covers products sold throughout essentially all of 2025, meaning this issue went undetected for an incredibly long time while customers continued consuming the product daily.
I personally had been taking this product almost every day since early 2025, trusting the company’s marketing around being “clean,” “organic,” and health-focused. Multiple bags I still had in my possession fall within the recalled lot ranges, and many of my prior orders had already been consumed before the recall was ever announced.
A recall lasting this long clearly points to major quality control, supplier oversight, and testing failures. For a company selling a health supplement and charging premium prices based on trust and purity claims, this is unacceptable.
Even worse, customer service responses have been largely generic and unhelpful when asking for clarity around older orders that cannot be verified due to discarded packaging. There has been little accountability or transparency during a serious food safety issue.
I have canceled my subscription and will not be purchasing from this company again. I strongly encourage anyone considering this product to carefully review the recall details and think twice before trusting this brand with their health.

Customer service is a joke. I responded to their current recall notice and twice they didn't bother reading the email. Instead, they sent the same canned response twice paying absolutely no heed to my concerns. I've canceled my subscription. If they don't care about my health as they claim they do I will no longer support their company. Buyer beware. They don't care about your health, just their bottom line.
