I wanted the part urgently as I was travelling to the campsite for the next 4 days and I called the technical advice first who said he would approve and get it out to me the next day. This was about 13:00. It arrived at my campsite 09:00 the next day.

I was kept updates by email and telephone calls with expected delivery date. My parcel was really well packaged and arrived as expected.

Sent wrong part over a week late (dispute marking it as shipped, hadn't actually shipped it) sent wrong part. Ignored returns request emails and calls. Part was for my mothers motor, she threatened to open visa charge back and a member of staff was very rude. Called me as my number was entered in email. Then the real craziness started: Woman called me telling me there was a 20% restocking fee (they sent the wrong part) I called her a donut.....literally that's it. A male then called me calling me all kinds of stuff amd threatened with "I know where your mum lives". I recorded some of this on a second phone and the proceeding phone calls from the same male on his "private number"
They need to sack this guy. Ridiculous

Genuine Berker parts at a good price. Slight delay in delivery but good communication from Dan and Sharon.
Would buy from this company again.

Last Monday I purchased a replacement electric step for my motorhome from Letang Auto Electric Vehicle Parts. On the website at the time of purchase it stated that they had 6 in stock at £328.68 - 5% discount = £312.25 .

Today (Wednesday) I had a call from the company stating that the price on their website was incorrect and had gone up by £40, so I had to pay an additional £40 before they would ship the goods. The only option they gave me was to cancel the order or pay the additional £40. Surely they were contracted to sell me their product at the advertised price. Trading Standards informed.

GOOD SERVICE,BUT THE DELIVERY COMPANY IS SLOW.

I have used this company twice. The first time I purchased a Thule SmartClamp System via the website and received it promptly and well packaged. The second time I booked the fitting of a Thule VeloSwing Towbar at their premises. Very satisfied with the products and customer service was excellent.

Excellent service. We ordered a bike rack for our camper which was out of
Stock. We were kept up to date on the progress of the order and when the part was available it was fitted immediately. The fitting turned out to be quite complicated but Dan worked late to complete the job. He is a very helpful and knowledgeable electrician and we would not hesitate to recommend his company.

Good company to deal with. They originally sent the incorrect part but they sorted this without any problems and refunded my return postage. Would definitely use them again in the future.
