The Financial Red Flag: Withholding original capital and false claims about withdrawals
I want to share my experience with AC Capital Market (S) Ltd or ACCM to warn others about potential issues with this broker. My friend’s account (612487) was terminated due to alleged “abusive trading,” specifically regarding January 2026 activities.
While ACCM decided to void the profits -which we accepted- their refusal to return the original capital is completely absurd. Our total deposits for January were $300, yet total withdrawals were only $239.18. This broker is falsely claiming that we have already withdrawn the full capital, but the math proves otherwise. There is a remaining balance of the original deposit that they are simply refusing to release.
When we requested a detailed breakdown of deposits, withdrawals, and the transactions flagged as problematic, the broker did not provide any explanation or clarification. We pointed out that their termination email specifically cited trading activities in “2026-01,” yet they later responded by saying it was about the “overall picture, not just one month.” They are literally contradicting their own emails. It’s impossible to get a straight answer when their story changes every time we reply.
Meanwhile, the account history (ACCM) included transactions from the previous year, which again contradicts their statement that only January was affected. On top of that, they labeled the account as “abusive” because we shared the same IP address — which is ridiculous, as I live with my friend whose account it originally was.
Throughout the process, ACCM has been largely unresponsive. When they did reply, their explanations were inconsistent and confusing, almost as if they were trying to make us doubt our own records. This gaslighting behavior, combined with the refusal to return the funds and the lack of transparency about flagged transactions, makes the situation extremely unprofessional and unfair.
Based on our experience, we cannot trust AC Capital Market (ACCM). Their actions were misleading, their customer service unhelpful, and they refused to return legitimate funds. We strongly advise anyone considering this platform to exercise extreme caution, verify the broker’s regulatory status, and keep detailed records of all transactions. ACCM is unprofessional, their math doesn't add up, and they will find any excuse to hold your money. Please, save yourself the headache and stay away. If a broker scrambles over $60.82, imagine what they will do with thousands.
