Good packed item. Excellent presentation. Came with clear and concise instructions.

Sehr schöne Modelle. Gut verpackt, mit liebe ;). Es dauert leider bis die Sendungen abgeschickt werden (ca.5 Wochen) aber es lohnt sich. Habe noch kein Set angefangen aber freue mich schon drauf, hoffe das alle Teile vorhanden sind und das mit der Anleitung auch gut klappt.

Long shipping times. Incorrect product shipped.

As a MOC consisting of only 1,039 parts, I think the overall product is already quite well done.

LesDiy’s shipping was very fast — air-shipped to Singapore — and I’m very satisfied.

Some issues:
Glue is needed; otherwise, the parts in the following steps are difficult to assembly: 127, 130, 225, 229.
Printing errors: Parts in step 146, 259, and 296. For step 292, we should use a 1x2 brick with a cross axle hole in the center, this will be beneficial for the assembly in step 299.
Initially, I thought some parts were missing, but it turned out to be a color printing error: step 268, 274, 275, 277. There were a few other instances earlier on that I forgot to record.

The product's streamlining is somewhat lacking, with some large gaps that are not visually appealing, and many connection details are not well-designed. The model's functionality falls short of official LEGO sets—for example, the airplane door cannot be opened to view the stickers inside.

The texture of Mocsage’s bricks feels a bit thin.

Overall, this shopping experience was pleasant, and I think I will continue purchasing more MOCs in the future.

I really liked the end product. The bricks are sturdy and comparable to that brand we all know. Unfortunately the bags are not numbered and all mixed up. So you have to organize them. The instructions are mostly good but the colour scheme is really off.

I will buy from them again for sure because their designs are awesome.

As per LesDiy I review this again, it was a bad purchase, please, don't fall for their beautiful renders. The colours don't match the pieces, so far we counted over 30 missing pieces, and we are still not close to completing the set. It arrives in over 40 small bags that made the sorting process cumbersome, all in all, I don't advice ANYONE to buy this.

While I know was buying a Chinese set, which always imply a bad copy of the original, I was surprised by how poor manufactured most of the pieces were. So far we have counted over 10 missing pieces, and counting... The colours in the PDF don't match the pieces, and some of them even have different shades which gives the set such a cheap general look, their alleged control system is a scam.

On top of everything, setting all the pieces aside took days, they are mixed over 30 small bags, some of them dirty, or with hair within that was so awful I had to wash them all.

Overall, it was a bad experience and I would never ever buy a piece from them again.

some parts miss, but service is good

I have several kits from this Company, my last kit had over 500 pieces missing, I am still trying to get them from the Company 6 months after buying it.
Another of the kits I purchased the motor doesn't work, and every layer of the kit, collapses when you build it up for the upper layers, it requires glue on this build, it has sat in a bowl unbuilt for the last 4 months, I am so disheartened. Also they are OVER priced, and take too long for delivery.

For the price you pay, they need to give you bricks from GoBricks. Quality of their bricks are very bad and same model same color have even different tonality. Such a pitty.

The MOC was really good, albeit some tolerance issues and parts missing in the package.
There were some scratches and the white is not as cool, but from what I was told this was normal with MOC's.
The overall experience with support is superb - always helpful and worked with me until the missing pieces are shipped.
As for build process, the manual created by Lukas is easy to follow and is quite straight-forward. One con is that I did not receive the Assembly Tool Set immediately (I had to follow up), which made it a little bit trickier - specially for the measurements and angles of the parts needed (being a first time builder).
The main downside, in my experience, is that the parts arrived incomplete and/or has incorrect pieces.
Although you can email and ask for support, which they will then assist and send the missing parts shortly after, it heavily detracts from the overall build experience as you cannot complete/progress as you should or would have to skip to a next section while you wait several days for the replacement parts to arrive.
With that being said, all communications with the support team has been good, and even with the issues encountered, I will definitely order again.

The set is great but numbered bags would’ve made the set easier to build

I bought the winter train for y village and it looks amazing, it was fun to build, shipping was fast, and they answered my question before and during the process.
The only downside was the part which makes rotate the Christmas tree when the trian moves. I don't know if is the tolerance or something else, but it didn't work properly, not big deal.

Build quality of the parts are good but I had a lot of mismatched colors which made building not fun also had some missing parts
