You folks need to give customers part bags in numerical order to start with and in the instructions which bag or bags to begin with. but the models look great when finished but please make the building experience simple and fun

Prices and set selection are quite good. Shipping times of around 10 days for the EU, very reasonable indeed. If you buy MOCs, it's likely they will have a few missing pieces, but if you notify them of the problem, they are very quick to respond and send you replacements in around 2 weeks' time.
The packaging of their products is top notch. Also, excellent customer service.

Took two months for bricks to Art e and when they did, the QR code with the instructions on how to build it doesnthwork so now after two months of waiting. I have it and can’t even use it. Just a ridiculously bad experience with this company and I spend about $5000 annually on LEGO and LEGO products. No more will be going to Lesdiy!

I don’t think I’ll ever buy from you again to be honest. The quality of the parts (especially the white pieces) is pretty bad and that made the experience very unenjoyable…
Their size is not right and leaves spaces between parts and they are also not well finished (a lot of imperfections, like « melting » effects, etc.)

I’m taking a minute to let you know, hoping you will appreciate the feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve.

many things were wrong with the set. I sent an email. There was a reply with an apology but that was it.
It wasn't made right.

The package was well put together and shipped carefully . My only complaint is that there were no stickers or minifigs included. .

I order the Warhammer 40k Macragge's Honour
by dertagedieb, this model is just epick. Great design and good instruction. There are a couple things, that i think, could be improved, like connection between sections or that place where back of the ship connects to the base. But as i said it isnt major problem, however assembling it all require some skills and patience.
Quality of the bricks is also very good, i felt almost no difrence between Gobrick and Lego (i bought the more expensive version)
The package the pieces came in wasn't in the best condition, but that's understandable given the long journey. The pieces were packed and sorted well, making it much easier for me to sort them before assembling the ship.
There was only one major problem. At some point, I discovered I was missing some technical connecting pieces, about 30-40 in total. Luckily, I had my own spares, but without them, I wouldn't have been able to assemble this model.
And lastly, the time from placing the order to delivery was about a month and a half, but I was prepared for it.

It was a great MOC building set at a very reasonable price. The pieces were of good quality and went together perfectly, and all pieces were present, even some extras. A+++++

I just received Moc set C1030 The Mallard Duck from LesDiy by Mocsage.
What a fun build. It has 301pcs and is other brand compatible. It was an easy build all pieces accounted for and fit snug. They captured the actual look of a Male Mallard Duck, with the way the greens, blues, browns and white all came together.
Now I need to collect them all!

Lovely model.
Instructions are easy to follow.
It would be much better if the bags had parts grouped by build sections instead of by type. It would save time and frustration.
Some notation of part length in the instructions would also be quite helpful.

LESDIY is not customer focused. We received a ship model for Christmas. There are no instructions, and LESDIY isn't willing to provide instructions or simply a link to download instructions. DO NOT BUY from this company, they do not care about the consumer, only the sale!!

Overall experience was very positive. Pricing for models is good. Some seem to be a little over priced. Selection is good. Website use is generally good. Customer service/support has been very good. Any missing or damaged parts were sent or replaced in a timely manner.

Generally a good build poor fit of a few parts model ran well
