I have never applied for a loan or done business with Lendvia. They harass me multiple times a day in spite of multiple cease and desist letters sent to their customer service, legal department, CA State Attorney General office, and by certified mail. I have been on the do not call registry over 90 days and over the past few months my phone has been rendered inoperable due to the nonstop harassment from Lendvia. I have filed hundreds of complaints with the do not call registry and FTC. None of this works. I am pretty sure Lendvia is a scam because no legitimate business would continue violating TCPA after multiple cease and desist letters.

They send out "Inflation relief" mail that looks like an official government tax document just to offer you a loan to put you in more dept. And then let you know, oh, you can stop getting these letters if you call our toll free number. How about you don't bother me at all? What a sleazy tactic.

I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary from my day when I opened a mailer from Lendvia and the words somehow gave me a sense of curiosity & trust. I went to a link provided in the mailer to see what it was that was making me feel like it was a “must” to follow through on this message in the mailer. I filled out a short, very minimal application for a loan to consolidate a few credit cards. Not knowing what to expect, I hit send and within a minute, I received a call from the company. A young lady I’ll just call RS thanked me for applying and explained what Lendvia does for people like me whom need financial relief from extreme high interest rate credit cards. Not a consolidation loan for me but they could offer a tailor made package that would help me find a resolve for the two high interest (approx 26% and 32%) credit cards that had been dragging me down for years. The rest is history and history in the making. The best customer service from my “case manager” and reassurance that this over the phone relationship that sprung up out of nowhere one day, was a legit and reliable service that I’m so glad I stumbled upon. I’d recommend these guys to anyone that needs help with credit cards or high interest loans. Not only do they do typical bank related loan transactions, but they also focus on helping the consumer fix their finances. They really care. Thanks RS! Thanks Lendvia!

They are a total scam and will never stop calling 5 times a day for months. If you want to really mess up your enemies, give them their phone number and the harassment will never end. I have submitted about 100 of their inbound phone numbers to the FTC now and they still won't stop harassing me!
