Impecable service
Absolutely brilliant. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and able to accommodate different needs to different clients. They are very good with children & adults, ND young adults - you name it. Optometrists are brilliant, shop staff are helpful and friendly. We can't fault the service we have received over the many years we visited Leighton's Wokingham.

Not happy with new glasses
Not happy with new glasses, have sent them back for new lenses twice. Leightons state that they have replaced lenses 5 times. This is a complete lie.
Told me to go elswhere. Refused to replace lenses.
Owner said computer says 5. Computer is wrong.
Would not recomend unles you have money to waste.
Will never use a Leightons again full of empty promises. Be warned!

Leightons have seen to my eyes regarding spectacles cataracts and laser treatments would never go elsewhere they have covered all my needs for nearly 50 years

Not good customer service because...
After two phoning attempts and giving up after waiting 10 minutes, on the 3rd attempt we got given an appointment 20 (yes 20) days before the first one that was available from their online booking service which they recommend we use - just to get our new glasses adjusted.
We will think again before using Leightons.
In the past they were excellent but now waiting 20 days for an appointment or wasting half an hour on the phone is just not acceptable.

Good service by experienced staff
I have been a customer of Leightons Wokingham for about three years having had problems with two other opticians in the area. They very quickly sorted said problems and I had clear vision for the first time in a long while.

Not the cheapest, but very good.
Eye test was excellent, would highly recommend. He picked up on issues no one has before. Made a big difference.
