I have just been to Leightons Opticians in Sutton and was treated for ear wax removal by Carrie. She was extremely gentle and kind and it was the most efficient wax removal procedure I have ever had as she cleared both ears completely. She was very informative and explained everything to me and I would recommend her to everyone who needs this procedure - it’s absolutely wonderful to be able to hear properly again.

I was very nervous as I had experienced some very bad and unpleasant service in other places, Gaz, Julie and the whole team were fantastic helpful and understanding, the best customer service and after care you could expect, thank you all.

Nimisha is lovely. She taught my 10 year old son to fit and remove his contact lense. She was very patient and encouraging.

I visited them for ear wax removal processes. I spoke to Caroline over the phone who was very understanding of my situation and that helped me a lot. Carrie Millinger helped me with the process and hearing tests and I was very happy with how the process went. The team was very accommodative of my requests and answered all my questions patiently. Previous experience of opticians & eye tests had left me very apprehensive and concerned over the level of accuracy! This was my first appointment at Leightons and I conveyed my past experiences and concerns just so they could understand my apprehension. I was very pleased to find they listened to my worries, they were very engaging and extremely thorough carrying out the hearing and eye tests in part with some new technology to me! They were very easy to talk to about the outcome and my options. I was very apprehensive about the whole appointment but I left feeling very comfortable with no questions. Exactly what I needed.

I visited Leighton's, SUTTON, SURREY Thursday January 18th, I have in recent years migrated from TESCO, Oldfield's Road, then an opticians in CARSHALTON so this was my 1st visit to LEIGHTONS.
I received a full check, hearing too, the very welcoming and friendly female Optometrist checked my vision, we had a very quick chat when I referenced my Grandfather's Macular Degeneration. When I was leaving I was handed a printout of my examination and strangely Issue 01 of LEIGHTONS LIFE magazine.
All in all an enjoyable, welcoming and rewarding visit.

Big shout out to Jackie, Suzanne and Julie who were also very welcoming & lovely, helping us pick out different glasses and provided guidance when necessary. Highly recommend!

Leightons has been my go to opticians for almost 20 years and has always provided impeccable service and quality of glasses they supply. Only downside is you get what you pay for so faultless quality means an equally high price, especially when you get the best possible lenses.

I recently took my partner to Leightons for an eye checkup and was overwhelmed by the service they provided. There experience and knowledge left us very satisfied with our purchase. I even got a free hearing test while i waited for my partner. Just shows the time they spend on customer satisfaction. Pleased to say my hearing was normal. No cheating aloud! Seeing is believing, don't hesitate, use these lovely people!

I must say I have been to many opticians in my life but the experience when visited Leighton's was like no other. As soon as entered felt comfortable and well looked after from the get go. Staff are amazing, no waiting around, treated like a queen I would say as totally incredible experience. They helped me so much as many ranges of frames and also opportunities/ options to which was amazing as no hassle as was an absolute pleasure. I received phone call just days after visit and look forward to getting my new eyes 👀 👌🌹I highly recommend as I'm there for life. ThankYou ladies for helping me .

The whole team at Sutton were brilliant from the minute I walked in the door. They did a thorough examination of my eyes and reassured me there was no underlining problems.
They gave me free eye drops to try, which was very kind of them. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, the whole team were friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent service from start to finish.

I cannot recommend this branch highly enough. The audiologist, Carrie, was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She worked to fit me back in when I was late arriving and still gave me 100% service. Very impressed. Jackie on reception went above and beyond to assist me with a level of customer service that you rarely find today. Very friendly, polite and happy staff and a very clean office. Highly recommend!
