I use Leightons in Epsom for my vision and hearing needs.
All the team are professional, efficient, helpful and friendly.
This last year, I have had a somewhat difficult time with my vision but I was able to consult with my preferred optometrist and supporting opticians at Leightons whenever I needed to.
At every appointment I receive excellent care and reassurance from all the team.
Today, I was given excellent advice and a lot of time when choosing suitable sunglasses.
I cannot thank them all enough.

I have just purchased 2 pairs of spectacles from Leightons in Epsom and am delighted with the experience. On arrival I was greeted by a charming member of staff, Janice, who got me booked in for my eye test and then carried out all the pre test screening. I was suprised by the extent of the equipment available for this and the testing of the health of my eyes was way more extensive than I have received before.
The Optometrist who carried out the full eye test, Angela, took a good amount of time explaining the health tests and what the pictures of my eyes revealed...it was very good to find out that I have very healthy eyes.
The Dispenser, Zuzanna, helped me with my choice of frames and explained clearly the choices of lenses that were available so I could make an informed choice.
My new glasses were available 5 days later and when I went in for my fitting they fitted perfectly without any need for adjustment. I also got my prescription sunglasses reglazed.
Over all it is a lovely, spacious, clean store staffed by helpful and friendly staff and the choice of frames was excellent.
This will now certainly be my Opticians of choice.

I required an appointment with an audiologist at short notice. I was recommended to Leightons and they were able to fit me in the following morning. I have had the same procedure many times over the last 20 years, at different clinics, to remove ear wax. The experience at Leightons was the best I have had. The lady audiologist demonstrated great expertise and care. The result was excellent

Nimisha has to be the most patient and encouraging optician I have ever met. She explains everything very clearly and is obviously highly knowledgeable in her field. She made the experience of my daughter learning to put in ortho k lenses very calm and easy. The rest of the Epsom team were also very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this opticians.

The optician gave me helpful advice & support both before and after my two cataract operations. She is friendly efficient and professional. The lady who helped me choose and order my new glasses was friendly and patient. All the staff are welcoming and any request, no matter how trivial, is dealt with in a pleasant way giving the feeling that nothing is too much trouble. A comfortable place to visit

Epsom - Mrs Halstead (contact lenses) was really excellent. I have been coming to Leightons for about two decades and all the staff (reception and opticians) have always provided an excellent service and trustworthy care.

My two daughters are a customer at the Epsom office of Leightons. I am sincerely grateful for the expertise of Adnan Malik in eye testing and myopia control. It has been great experience with this office in particular Adnan who is very responsible, considerate and knowledgeable as a senior optician. I am confident in leaving my children’s vision management in the safe hands. Highly recommend without reservations.

Always very helpful and great customer service. Adnan Malik is fantastic and always reassuring. It’s great that he works Saturday as it not possible for me to visit mid week because of work.

Adnan is a really good doctor with a lovely manner and great attitude.
Also, Jan at reception is a great addition to any team. They’re a helpful and most competent team of people. It’s a pleasure to attend Epsom, and I always try to time my appointments for the days Adnan is working.

Despite having appointment, had to wait a considerably long time. Not normally an issue but there was a member of staff present who didn't even acknowledge us or offer to assist, apologise for the wait or anything you would come to expect from customer facing staff anywhere.

The appointment itself was very good, just the wait and being ignored the frustration.

My contact lens check was very thorough and when I brought up a concern, extra tests were done then and there to make sure all was ok. My optometrist (Adnan) was clear when explaining what he was doing and made sure he understood what I was saying.

I’ve never received such excellent customer service as I have done with Leightons in Epsom. Special thanks to Michelle who helped me choose two new pairs of Tiffany glasses, she was knowledgeable, professional but also friendly and personable. Also got my contact lenses from them, I use Verifocals now and great care was taken to check the health of my eyes and the sight.
