Fantastic Service
Leicester Drones have been quick to respond and we have had a great customer experience.
Despite COVID and restrictions, Chris at Leicester Drones has been available to talk to and offer support. I judge a company on their actions, I did receive my drone with a cracked filter, Chris didn't argue or quibble, he has arranged a replacement. This was genuinely cracked on opening but it could have been challenged as user damage, but no concerns were raised.
We have more purchases of accessories etc to make and have no issues going back to Leicester Drones for these. Good customer service goes a long way to earning trust and this is certainly the case here.

Great service
I was very impressed with the level of service that I received from Leicesterdrones.
I ordered my typhoon H Plus and expected it to arrive in a couple of days but it arrived the next day.
Everything was easy to navigate on there website and ordering the item was a piece of cake.
If you’re looking for a company that does what it says then you need not look any further.

Ordered my Typhoon H plus from Leicesterdrones on a Friday, arrived the next day as promised.
As expected the drone was in perfect condition.
No hassle navigating the website, everything is very clear.
