Asked to have a pair of designer shoes…
Asked to have a pair of designer shoes authenticated. They were. They offered a second authentication
& gave five reasons, all which supported the shoes being authentic, once again, but stated the shoes were counterfeit. Then, offered to try to get me my $$ back if I paid them more $$ even though every single step they use stated the shoes are authentic. They stopped responding to all comments, and did not respond to the text or email sent.

A zero-stress experience
I authenticated a bag with them. The process was very smooth and while it did take 2-3 hours, I’d rather they really inspect the bag thoroughly, rather than give me a rushed verdict… Have upgraded to a Certificate too which was great!
Overall I’m very happy. I got 6 reasons for why my bag is authentic and that really helps… will come back for sure.

Great service, they really take the time to help you. I used the paid service because it was to difficult for me to see if the product was authentic. But also on the website there are a lot of tips and tricks for free.
