Shipping Abroad

So the picture quality and framing is top notch, no complaints there. However, and I appreciate it's the fault of that idiot you americans put into power, but they have stopped shipping outside of the USA which is really annoying.

Zero Star Review

If there was a zero star that’s what this outfit would receive. My delivery address is located where USPS will not deliver. That said both FedEx and UPS deliver all of the time. I asked the support group on several occasions to please send it FedEx or UPS (which is listed on the website as shipping providers) and they said they had no control of the mode of shipment outbound. I made several attempts to get support to help me and they finally cancelled my order rather than help the customer get artwork to their destination successfully. I have never had such a horrible experience with an outfit like this. You'd think they try to provide excellent customer service. Whoever heard of not being able to control the mode of shipping if they run a top notch business to satisfy the customer.

Yes, we did cancel your order. You reached out before asking how orders were shipped. I said I could not guarantee it wouldn't be shipped USPS and you created an order anyways and told me we needed to make sure it wasn't shipped USPS. The order was canceled since, as I originally said, we cannot guarantee one of our shippers won't hand off your order to USPS.

Great Customer Service

Package was delayed, there was great communication from their customer service department every step of the way to keep me nformed on what was going on. Outstanding service and a great product.

I accidentally auto filled the delivery…

I accidentally auto filled the delivery to an old address. While working out the problem, I ran into an employee of your’s who was having a bad day. The text tone on working out this problem was terrible.
“It’s not my fault if you auto filled…etc.”
I said I had been a customer for 6-7 years and no change.
Sadly I won’t be purchasing from your company anymore because of this.
Despite the fact that I truly enjoy your product.

We were able to correct the address for your other order where you had also completed the order with the wrong address, but you didn't reach out about the incorrect address for this order until it had already been delivered. Currently the package is being reshipped to the correct address.

Shipping and damage resolved

Initial product was damaged but the company resolved it to my satisfaction and without me jumping through hoops to resolve it. I will purchase from Legendary Wall art again.

Not what i expected and was damaged when it arrived

Unfortunately one of the corner had a small hole in it probably from not being packed properly. Only the corners are reenforced with cardboard. The entire frame should be protected all around to avoid the beating it takes from UPS. Also i wasn't expecting the picture I ordered to be "blurry" When you purchase the item on line the picture looks clear like a photograph but when I received it it looked totally different. Hard to explain but it's not what I purchased. Anyway I was able to somewhat fix the hole so that it doesn't show anymore (unless you know where it is) and since I didn't want to go through the pain of repacking and shipping everything back I decided to keep it.

I cant send pictures now because I have it in my condo in another city that i use from time to time.

DO NOT BUY! The print quality is awful and the customer service is even worse. Kathleen Campbell who runs this company is the worst. Blames mistakes on the customer, takes no accountability, denies refund or replacement without charge. STAY AWAY from this business!!

I offered a 50% discount on a replacement with a different image, but you have refused. We cannot take accountability for you not responding or sending a low resolution image.
