Web page issue resolved through Chat customer service
The LZ website experience for this specific task (Annual Report review) was inconsistent - I was trying to update some simple information within the report, however the page got stuck so I ended up talking to a staff member on the chat (very convenient). They were able to direct me to the same information on a new page, that required me to re-enter all the information again (it was a lot of quick auto-fill so not a big deal). The interaction with the chat staff member was very professional, helpful, quick and productive so the end result was problem solved. Improvements in the workflow from the initial click on the Annual Report on my account/compliance home page would be recommended to avoid the need for a Customer Service reps involvement.

Refund Refusal
I wasn't able to obtain an EIN on my own through the IRS website. So, I paid $79 for them to obtain it. They did the same process I tried and wasn't successful. I told them that if they couldn't provide the service, then I should get a refund. They refused.
