Ciara made my potential claim very easy and straight forward, her customer skills are above and beyond, well worth a try, she went into the full details of my claim, and when I needed to leave the call, she rang back in 10 mins as planned, cannot thank her enough as I have disabilities, everything was explained thoroughly.
