Absolute craftsmanship worth every penny!
Wow! The vintage bobber seat Alex Leather Craft made me is beautiful. It’s absolute craftsmanship and lovely to see that people still do this sort of stuff. I’m so impressed. Took about a month from order to delivery but I knew that. Communication was great too - they responded within hours to every email I sent. All I can say is thanks. It was well worth the wait!

Wir haben uns einen Sitz und ein Pad für unsere Harley bestellt . Der Service war super. Ein dickes Lob an Silke die uns super beraten hat und uns die ganze Zeit des Wartens immer Infos gegeben hat. Es hat etwas gedauert ,aber es hat sich gelohnt .Der Sitz schaut mega aus und man sieht das es mit viel Leidenschaft zum Produkt gefertigt wurde. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen .

I Ordered a seat for my custom bobber and it arrived on time and is spectacular.
I then ordered a matching saddle bag. There was a misunderstanding on my part during the online ordering process and I was sent the wrong color bag.
Silke and the others at Alex leather could not have been any nicer and understanding. They had a customer who ordered a bag that matched the bag I was sent so I sent him the one I had received and Alex leather made and shipped me the bag that matched my seat. The whole process was seemless and I just got the new bag and it is just amazing. These products are super high quality and the attention to detail is obvious. I have experience with industrial
sewing and the stitchwork on these products is 100% perfect.
I cannot say enough positive things about the service and products from Alex leather. If you are in the market for custom leather seats and bags don't hesitate to get in touch with them. You will not be disappointed.
Thank you to Silke for getting my order straightened out so easily and quickly.
These products are worth every dollar

届いたシートは期待以上で大変満足しています。初めてのカスタムだったので取り付けに少し戸惑ったけど、問い合わせたら動画を送ってくれたのでその後は問題なく取り付けすることができた。

The chances that these seats will fit your bike are 50/50…
I paid $450, waited weeks, and have been treated poorly. I have yet to be offered a refund, and at this point I don’t even want it!!!
I have exchanged at least 25 different emails where I was insulted, told that my bike had been modified, and needed to be, and was even asked to drive 18 HOURS to Miami to rectify the problem. I took the bike to 2 local shops with a combined 50 YEARS experience and they could not make this seat fit in any way. Bad business on every level!

We are sorry that your shopping experience with us was so bad for you.
We point out in our seat description that our seats for Sportsters don´t fit if the ECU is installed under the seat.
In your case, based on the sent photos it looked like the cable could have been routed under the fram.
That´s why Alex offered you to come to Miami so that he could install the seat himself, since he was in Miami at this time.
This was a request / an offer to you, but not an order.
You have already expressed in your mails that I insulted you in my reply mails and that I were rude.
But when I asked you about it and ask you to show me where I insulted you, you did not give me a single example in which I had offended you.
You have demanded the refund yourself but refrained when I replied that the refund would be made once the seat was returned.
It's true that I asked if someone had rebuilt your bike - I've never seen an ECU on the fender.
Meanwhile I know that this was a mistake and I sincerely apologize for it.
As you have broken off all contact you haven´t given me the chance to tell you personally.

I’ve been ignored and been treated very unprofessionally. They failed to stick to the delivery date. Website says 3 weeks to get the product ready. Almost 7 weeks later I haven’t got any news or information about my seat. I ignore IF I’ll ever going to receive it or to get my money back as they stop answering my enquiring. They removed my feedback on the Facebook page and answered to it in a rough way. At this very stage I haven’t got a tracking number that I’ve been asking for at least a week since they claimed that it was finally ready. Poor customer service, terrible experience so far.

Ich finde das Produkt sehr gut verarbeitet und auch die Lieferzeit ist super. Es sind sehr saubere Nähte und es ist einfach wunderbar geworden. Ich kann die Firma sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder was kaufen. Es ist einfach nur Hammer.

Wer damit leben kann
Wer damit leben kann, auf super Qualität zu warten, u.U. laaaange zu warten, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Super Qualität, super Service, super freundlich, super chaotisch....Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und top Qualität = einfach super eben.
Wer "sofort" seine Ware haben möchte oder meint, nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit sollte mal endlich alles fertig sein, dem empfehle ich defintiv, etwas aus dem altbekannten Motorradzubehör zu kaufen. Hat dann zwar nicht die wahnsinns Qualität, geht aber schneller (und auch schneller wieder kaputt....)
Der angenehmste Kunde war ich sicherlich nicht bei meiner Bestellung und trotzdem hat Alex die Nerven behalten -nur die vollen 5 Sterne, da es mehr nicht gibt

P. S. : haben sie Geduld, wenn sie was bestellen, es lohnt sich wirklich. Immerhin ist es Handarbeit. 🙂
