Una vez completado, el software prometido demostró ser un engaño total. Era un producto roto y disfuncional que no tenía ninguna de las características anunciadas. Lo que realmente me indignó fue la completa falta de apoyo cuando intenté pedir un reembolso. Es evidente que la estrategia de esta empresa es atraer a clientes con un producto falso y luego desaparecer cuando se solicitan devoluciones. No hubo respuesta, ni disculpa, ni intento de solucionar mi problema. Es una falta de respeto total hacia el consumidor.
