RHS course due to start on 1st Sept
RHS course due to start on 1st Sept, put back to 1st Oct with Learning with Experts saying it is bound to start sooner. Looked on 1st Oct. Date now says 31st Oct but no correspondence from LWE. No way to contact RHS to verify. Have paid a lot of money to do this course and have changed work hours to release me for a day to do the course but absolutely no faith now that this is going to start at all. I need this for my job.

We have found that the RHS updates we have sent have not reached the students who had originally opt-ed out of LWE communications when signing up. We have made a new contact list to resolve this, and so all updates will now be pushed to everyone waiting.
Further, we have now entered into the final stages of RHS approval, so despite the arbitrary 31st date on the site, we are expecting to pull this forwards and release the course very soon. There is confidence that upon release the course will be the best on the market.
We are sorry for the delays, but we are nearly there. Please reach out to our customer success team via email if we can help in any ways further.

I signed up for an online course and it hasn’t been delivered, two weeks after it was meant to start. Communication from Learning with Experts has largely been one way - me having to ask for updates. A disappointing start.

We have found that the updates we have sent have not reached customers who asked not be contacted by LWE upon sign up, though we are working towards ways to remedy this.

I took Rosso Emerald Crimson's "How to…
I took Rosso Emerald Crimson's "How to paint a stunning portrait expert edition". The class was very helpful to me and the staff at Learning with Experts were as well. I would recommend this to someone wanting a glimpse into other artists processes and how they get to their final completed works.

Thanks so much for your feedback - we're very eager to get students started on the RHS Level 2 course too.
As it's a new syllabus it has to be approved by the RHS, they confirmed that classes could start in September subject to their accreditation (we have been running the previous syllabus, under their accreditation, for several years), and we're just working through their final requirements. We've been keeping students updated by email and hope to be able to start classes very soon.

I really enjoyed my courses. Have done 3 now. Was so good to be able to learn new skills in the comfort of my own home. I live on the other side of the world to River Cottage so for me it meant I could learn useful and inspiring cooking techniques. Look forward to the next course!

Gluten free cooking
Great course
It has really helped with cooking gluten free.
The videos explaining the techniques are good. Getting the feedback on the assignments help with improving future attempts and coming up with new ideas.
It would help to have a list of ingredients & tools that required for the course

Still in the dark
I paid in full for a course due to start in September and I appreciate the curriculum is still being prepared, however I expected a little more acknowledgement of my purchase, perhaps with an explanation as to what happens next and a rough outline of what to expect.
I logged on to your website and set up a prophile where there is a message board etc but that doesn't acknowledge 'course pending' which is a little worrying.
This email to rate my experience is the only contact since my receipt email!

Just signed up for new RHS course that starts in September.…
Signed up and paid a month ago online information is well laid out and informative. Starting the new RHS syllabus level 2 in September. The only communication of signing up to the course was a automated computer response, would of been nice to have had a telephone call welcoming me to doing the course.

I have tried so many times previously to make sourdough bread without success, until now. The course presented by Andy Tyrell is just brilliant, particularly as you can go back and see the sections you think you may have missed.

I have purchased eight courses so far and enjoyed them all. The chocolate making was life changing. I have made boxes and boxes of them. It's such a shame the other participants didn't join in and send in pictures and videos, I really got a lot from them all.
