You were subscribed to our mailing list with two different email addresses. You unsubscribed from one, and when you contacted us about continuing to receive emails, we responded immediately and explained that the second email address was still active — which fully explained the situation.
Unfortunately, instead of replying to our message or allowing us to assist further, you chose to leave this public review. We must also point out that you have never placed an order with us, which makes it even more disappointing to receive a damaging review from someone who has not experienced our products or services.
Our unsubscribe process is simple and fully functional, and we are always available to help if anything goes wrong.
We welcome fair and honest feedback, but this review misrepresents the facts and unfairly harms our reputation.

I received my canvas and I’m beyond happy with it! The quality is amazing, the customer service was exceptional, and the shipping was right on time, just as promised. Everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Email bombardment
Great product, exactly as advertised, happy with the service.
Absolutely DO NOT give a real email address. They will bombard you with 4 or more marketing emails every day. There is no way to unsubscribe (the unsubscribe button doesn’t work) and on outlook, no way to fully block the sender. If you email them they don’t respond.
You just have to watch your junk folder filling up and up every day.

Jeg købte hvad der alle steder indikerede hvad var et billede klar til at hænge, men fik sammenrullet lærred. Håbløs dialog med kundeservice, der mere prøvede at sælge mig et indramningssæt end forholdte sig til problemet. Deres løsning er jeg kan sende retur til USA på egen regning.
