Some minor hiccups but things were resolved with our assigned representative.

All my support and request was done in a very timely manner. I love LeagueApps

This is the best software tool I have ever used and the 1 on 1 tech support with attention to detail and patience makes the experience even better than 5 Stars.

LeagueApps works so well for our Club's soccer programming. The interface is very user-friendly and the Support team is top-notch!
I find it very easy to add players to teams, update player information, and it's easy to see how many players are currently registered for each program.
Whenever I run into an error message, it's easy to contact Support, and they get back to me usually within one business day. Fantastic, friendly, and fast service!

Not user friendly at all and surely would not recommend it but unfortunately my sons team uses it and I don’t have a choice so maybe it’s time to switch teams.You can’t find any information and it seems they are only concerned with the pricing as each time I try to go to a page that’s all that pops up.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions I haven't used the site much.
I am a bit rusty on updating our website, for example. I need more help.
When I reach out for help I get tutorial videos, but I need personalized help.

The staff have been great to work with. Melissa, Michelle, etc... just hoping the App upgrades start as soon as possible for messaging, etc...

Anyone I speak to is prompt with getting back to me. Quick to help me find a solution to any problem that may arise. If they cannot help me directly, they find someone who can.

I love the how easy LeagueApps is to use. Since starting our website, we have had quite a bit of positive feedback from our athlete families.

There are a few things that are needed and a few things that could be better

I've never felt like a client of LeagueApps, or a customer that utilizes their service. Rather, I have only felt that everyone on the LeagueApps team is a partner in the success of not only our organization, but also in the advancement of positive sports experiences for all children everywhere.

LeagueApps has been nothing but great for our sports organization. They always respond quickly when help is needed. Their online tech support has been tremendous. LeagueApps has helped us become more organized and efficient.

I appreciate the personal attention and the quick responses to any questions I have. I would recommend this system to anyone!

LeagueApps has been a much-needed improvement over our prior methods of managing our programs, which consisted of using excel spreadsheets and e-commerce options on our website (sfchampions.org). Everything was very labor-intensive and we always felt like we were catching up rather than managing our memberships properly. We really had no way of "forcing" adherence to our payment plans and getting members who were behind in their payments to pay up required a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. We did not want to be bill collectors!

While we don't use the website builder that is part of LeagueApps' offerings, we easily employ links that direct members to the LeagueApps pages designed to look like the rest of our self-designed website. Once registered for a program, payments are collected automatically as payment plan installments. Automatic reminders from the system make the collection process effortless and help to ensure everyone pays for what they signed up for. LeagueApps support is terrific, even in the COVID restricted environment we are currently governed by. They will be there to support you!

Lastly, communicating with our members was such a challenge using Excel spreadsheet lists and texts sent from our phones. LeagueApps has an easy to use "Compose" tool for creating emails and/or texts to be sent to all of your members or you can use filters to send to only who you want to send it to. It is super easy to use these tools to communicate with specific members as well.

Overall, we saw vast improvements in communicating with our members and streamlined the management of our overall organization. All of this freed us up to do what we do best...training our players to play better basketball.
