This is the 2nd time we have bought doors for a property renovation. The price is really competitive even with delivery costs. Delivery has various option & is a good service. The doors are good quality but we had some small damage on the edge of 2 doors which looked as though they were caused by the straps in the van otherwise 5 stars.

I purchased some beautiful doors…
I purchased some beautiful doors recently that were reduced in price the next day. I phoned up to ask if Leaders would honour the new price and refund the difference. I spoke with a helpful and pleasant gentleman called Stuart, who assisted me with my enquiry. Stuart very kindly refunded some of the difference and was patient and professional throughout. Although he couldn’t give me the full refund, he tried his best for me and I appreciated his customer service.

Good value
Very competitive pricing. Ordered a B grade door which appears to have minimal surface defects, barely noticeable. Enabled me to purchase a hardwood door for my shed for the same price or less than a softwood door so it should function better from previous experience with external softwood doors. Standard delivery appears to take a bit too long for requirements so had to upgrade to "VIP" delivery which meant that I got the door on-time in a week.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Tried to contact customer service via their online form. Filled form in and no response in a week. So tried to phone them but was left hanging. Was offered a call back so chose that option. Next I get an email saying the call back has been closed. No call back received. Will not be using them again.

Nightmare Service
Nightmare from start to finish! Phoned up before placing order told door can be picked up in 2 days, drove 6 hours to collect door from pick up store door not there, told door will be delivered to me next day, driver turns up with no door in the van!
Avoid this place cause you nothing but stress
