Leaders - Worcester Omdömen

Our property manager Natalie is fantastic. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and always keeps us updated. Thank you Natalie.

I have rented out my flat with leaders for years and have always been happy with them.

Recently some work was needed to get my flat up to scratch which Neil sorted out for me, kept me in the loop and all the work was done quickly and stress free. Thank you Neil!

Big recommendation to property manager Neil Woolrich who’s always been helpful, efficient and a great communicator!

Very good service from Neil Woolrich, would recommend

We were luckily enough to have Tierney dealing with our property & there isn’t any issue she hasn’t been able to resolve quickly & has always quick to reply to any inquires we had & gone out of her way to make sure we were happy in our new home, give her a pay rise

Managed to move and settle in a new home and the team was very helpful with sorting things out on both ends and advising through the process.

Lovely experience with Kate at Leaders. My partner and I have found a house that we loved and after just a phone call and a few emails everything was in order to proceed with the rental agreement. She was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. We should be signing in a few weeks and are really looking forward to it.

We recently submitted a rental application through Leaders. The application process, facilitated by Kate Beale, has been notably seamless and stress-free.

Alice gladd is our property manager she has been nothing but helpful throughout our tenancy anything we’ve needed she’s always been very helpful to get the answer as quick and efficient as possible.

Leaders managed the property I lived in for the last 2 and a half years. They made the whole tenancy run smoothly and were really helpful and responsive to any queries I had. Natalie in particular was a great property manager and always replied quickly!

I normally deal with Tierney S. the responses are always helpful and quick, I can’t fault the service she has given me.

Big shout out for Natalie and the team at Worcester branch, always professional and a pleasure to work with.

Sophie is exceptional. Not even a tenant currently as moving in with my partner but the correspondence and reassurance has been great. Any questions sophie will be happy to help. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable. All the staff seem friendly on the phone also l

We've been renting with leaders for long time now. They are great, they have some fantastic staff that are always willing to help. Tierney Sutton in particular is fantastic. Always on the phone when something is wrong, always eager and willing to help. She goes out of her way to make sure we are OK and always checks back to make sure everything has been done. I couldn't speak highly enough of her. We are happy customers.

Leaders have provided a consistently reliable service for managing properties. Issues are identified promptly and resolved effectively. Tierney has been diligent and efficient at dealing with all aspects

Neil at Worcester PMD is a great asset to the team and to Leaders Roman Group overall. It has been a real delight working with him and we have developed a great understanding in both of our expectations for ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard for customers. Neil is a naturally excellent communicator and every interaction with him is always painless and a delight.
